They arrived on time, and cleaned up very well before they left. Yesterday, April 13, 2023 we had our 4 Italian Cypress trees (each were 60 feet high) and Master Tree Service cut off about 30 to 35 feet from each tree. Jose and his crew were the best to say the least. They showed up when scheduled and took about a half of the day and did an excellent job. They made sure that not only my property was clean but they cleaned my neighbors yards and made sure there were no complaints. Their pricing is reasonable but more important if you are looking for any sort of tree trimming or removal hire Master Tree Service. Jose and his team came out same day and provided a very reasonable quote. He and his crew of five guys were able to come back the same day and removed one large tree and trimmed another large tree. Master Tree Service provided excellence in the removal of a palm and two very large oak trees each with large extended above the ground root structures. The work crew was very efficient and took extra steps in setting up a protective canvas for the protection of the house structure as they removed the trees and ground the tree stumps and especially grinding the above ground root structures. I was so impressed with their work ethic that I had them remove a smaller birch and trim 3 palms. Master Tree Service provided a free estimate and unlike two other companies noted problems with the tree roots and spontaneously talked about work tarp protection for the house. Their estimate was competitive and below costs for the other bidding companies. They were low key, kind and considerate. Jose and Perez set the standard and their work crew did the same. Master Tree Service was very professional, saw issues with the trees before I mentioned the issues, and gave a reasonable estimate. They checked in with me throughout the day and made changes that I realized I needed, once the trees started coming down. They also took out a tree house that needed removal.
