When I bought my first house with my husband back in 2011, we switched to a multi-policy for Home and (3 vehicle) Auto Insurance. When we became out-of-state landlords in 2013, she helped us through the tiny changes required when switching to a dwelling-only policy. And for the one car accident we were involved with years ago, she also counseled us through this hellish process too! Through it all... seamless transactions, thorough documentation, and the utmost willingness to educate me along the way. And may I even be unprofessional here and say prompt AF!? I thought I was fast!! But here's the thing, Dana's service didn't stop with my Missouri policies.
