I had a prescription for a 30-40 compression stocking. I went to Lynch Home Medical Supply in Erie Pa on 03/08/23 to order my stocking and they said it would take 15 days about, it's written on the slip. I called three times to check on it. The first time they said 10 more days, than 3 more days. Than on 03/30/23 I called for the third time and Tim Lynch got on the phone and said it's on back order till April 26, 2023. or do you want another color? I told them from the start I didn't care what color. Tim Lynch just ordered my compression stocking almost 30 days after I was in the store. He asked me to call him once I received it. He is under a breach of contract if he does not deliver. Right Tim?
