Unfortunately after a few weeks of going in and learning that my chain was not ready, they texted me to say that they lost my chain but I could go in and choose another one. My heart was broken but Hannah was really patient and helpful in finding a similar chain and I chose (and paid) for a pendant to go along with it. A couple weeks later I moved to another city when I got a text that they found my chain, so drove the 4 hours round-trip to pick it up. They did a good job, were still friendly and waived the $25 mending fee. Things happen but customer service makes all the difference! It only took about 5 min and the end result was my watch fitting on my arm perfectly. The owner is very friendly and offers service in both English and Vietnamese. Inside the store were lots of watches and jewelry which were fairly priced just like his services. This watch band adjustment only cost me $10 compared to a place like Jared's quoting me $25! Well, in just 7 days flat (and on my birthday to boot), they had my rings ready and looking like they did over 20 years ago! I asked them to fix the problem since they didn't account for the larger size due to the extra beads and they wanted to charge me $125 for a full restring. It's on them that the bracelet was now too big and should have been fixed, so it would fit as it did before the restring. I've been a long time customer, even had a custom necklace and earrings created by them and they don't want to fix their error. So I picked up the pearl bracelet and another diamond bracelet I was planning on getting fixed by them but now I'll have to find a new jeweler for repairs and any other custom or purchases in the future. Such a shame, all due to customer non-satisfaction and bad service.
