He read my messages but did not provide his license number. I looked up the company name and they're not listed. California requires that anyone working on your vehicle, including something as simple as repairing windows, be required to register as an Automotive Repair Dealer (ARD) with the California Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR). This person/business has no such license to be touching your car!

It makes a lovely grinding sound that I assume is my window class all shattered inside my door. I get home and am at a level 8 freak out. My husband assures me everything will be closed, but I am frantically yelping to see who might be open. I click Vazquez Auto Glass and call as I see they close in 8 minutes. Oooops. Then I also see they're about 45 minutes away from me, I go to hang up, but he answers. He could not have been more patient with me.
