Had an amazing experience today with this company! My car got broken into last night and my front passenger window was completely smashed in the process. I was completely disoriented from the experience and upset that not only was my beloved car damaged but many of my belongings got stolen. I contacted a few companies using yelp's assistant to get quotes and they responded quickly giving me a reasonable price and assurance that there was a lifetime guarantee with their work. I also love how they would come to my home to fix it, as I was too distressed to drive. They gave me a quote of a time of when they would be arriving and ended up coming a few minutes before the quoted time. I was very impressed with their promptness and the techs were very friendly. They were able to pull into my complex's garage and park behind my car to easily fix it. In total it took them about 45 minutes, which included cleaning and vacuuming the car where the glass had gone and getting rid of all of the glass that had been jammed in the window. I was thrilled how thorough they were and after driving my car, everything seemed and felt new again. It was very easy to pay them, as they accept Zelle. I would highly recommend them and use them again if this ever happens to me in the future. read more

I had to replace the window regulator on my 2002 Mercedes Benz C240, so I called Auto Glass Mobile. They came out a couple of days later and replaced the regulator however, after a few days I noticed that the window was off track and the glass was scraping inside the door every time I operated the window (mind you, I never had this problem before my original regulator went out). I notified Auto Glass Mobile and they came out again to fix the problem and again, a couple of days later the window was still scraping inside the door. I called a third time to rectify the situation and they promised me they would come out that weekend, but no one showed up and they eventually stopped responding to my messages or taking my calls. I would recommend finding another auto glass repair service other than Auto Glass Mobile. Their work is shoddy, so you get what you pay for. If I had to do it again I would just go with the more expensive quote to ensure the work would be done right with a guarantee. read more

Given it was a Sunday, most were closed. I did get two companies to reply. One for $300 and Auto Glass Mobile was $445. I went with AGM because the price seemed right for the job. They also gave me a warrantee for the life of the car. They also respondent to all my questions and within a short time I got a time for the next day. They came on time and did a great job.
