I usually go to Past Times car wash on Oro highway but I was in a hurry. This place is a drive thru car wash. The difference is this. When I pay the minimum 12.00 for a car wash at past times they stlll wipe down the windows and car and the mirrors. The 12.00 at Oro car wash does not provide that service But they do offer free vacuum service after using the car wash. I would say that Past Times has more choices and add ons for your vehicle. This place has a more convenient location off of Oro Dam Boulevard. I am more comfortable bringing my car to Past Times as my car does sparkle more! I wish them the best as they are trying to do a good job!

I had never gotten into an accident before, and they took full advantage of that. I went through insurance, insurance didn't want to cover everything, and knockout refused to budge. They already had my car and wouldn't let me take it back without paying over $2,000 in storage fees. In all, I ended up paying knockout about $1,500 out of my own pocket to finally get my car back. It was an awful situation and they felt nothing trying to get as much money out of me as possible. It was a terrible experience and I will warn everyone I possibly can about this place. Stay away.

Instead, I was helped by an absolute gem of an employee who turned my whole day around. I told him I needed the oil change before driving to the Bay on Saturday. After checking my profile, he let me know I actually didn't need one--the tracker just hadn't been reset during my last visit. He reset it, topped off my oil, fixed the air in my tires, and sent me on my way--all without charging me for a service I didn't need. He saved me money and time, and honestly, he saved my weekend with family. I'm so happy and grateful. Good days like this don't happen often, and I left feeling taken care of, not taken advantage of. Dirks let me know the leak was coming from my crushed oil filter (see photo) and honestly they tried to not throw jiffy under the bus, bigger people than me I suppose. If I seem annoyed it's because of what followed when I returned to jiffy with photos in hand with my receipts and their techs initials on my crushed filter and they basically told me (actually my bf because I don't like confrontation) that we were lying and DIRKS CANT BE TRUSTED!!ll and they said would review video evidence and that they have all these processes in place to prevent an oil filter from ever being crushed blah blah even though it literally happened to me. I just wanted my money back even though my driveway has oil stains now and I had to pay somewhere else for another oil change (shout out dirks) well before leaving i texted them my photos and told them to review their cameras and bring in a forensic investigator and maybe have me take a lie detector test. Within minutes of leaving I got a call I guess The photos were enough for them to start back tracking and agreeing that the filter removal tool was used to tighten my filter denting it, breaking the seal and causing it to eventually leak down my whole driveway. They offered me a free future oil change but since I will never take my car there again I gave it to my bf and have been waiting for him to use it before I left my review. They owe dirks an apology for all the mean things they said about them when dirks was nothing but professional.

The gas isn't the cheapest in town but if you are in a hurry than this is an option. Although I wouldn't buy my gas here I will go to the car wash if I am heading to Chico. Overall a good experience. Sean was cool and got me a refund on the $80. 3 days later all the sensors are bad. Less than 2500 miles on the truck and I have to replace upper and lower control arms, new ball joints, the radiator is cracked, and they did not disclose the back window has a leak that was NOT repaired (there was staining and asked I was told it was fixed along with all the other recall items which is not true).
