I wanted to support a local business while saving some money, but looking back, I should have spent more and purchased new equipment somewhere else. Mark, one of the owners, helped us purchase several big-ticket items, including a single-door Cooker & Cooler freezer. I now believe we paid far more than the unit was worth, but the price is not even the biggest issue. Only five or six months after purchasing it, the freezer began having problems. Before the sale, Mark assured us that if we ever had an issue with the freezer, he would personally come out and take care of it. He did come by to inspect the unit and told us he would order the necessary part. After that, we never heard from him again. We reached out several times but received no response. My advice is to learn from my mistake. Saving a few dollars on used equipment is not worth it when the seller does not stand behind the equipment or honor the promises made during the sale.

When I returned to my car, I noticed that one of the cups had a scratch on it. I walked back inside and told one of the guys, who immediately exchanged the cup for me. No questions asked! The only downside is their parking lot. The lot only has enough space for 4-5 cars and there are pallets around the entire perimeter of the lot. Since there is only one way in and out, you need to reverse out of the lot and into traffic if there is no where for you to park. While doing this, you also need to make sure you don't hit any of their pallets. Luckily, one of the employees helped direct me.
