So I will say the variety is huge and I tried some of the teas that they had inside and they were pretty good. I also tried one of their waffles and it was super tasty. I will say the service is good, I did ask for a small and I think they gave me a medium although I'm not complaining unless they're smaller or mediums who knows I only have one big complaint about this place but most drink places do this anyways TOO MUCH ICE 85% of my cup was ice can we at least do 50% not only does it wash it down but I'm literally done in three sips. Next time I come I'm asking for light ice that's for sure. read more

Tried this place for the first time. Love their selection of flavors and that you can sample and mix them! The pricing is very affordable as well. I personally liked the sweet blueberry green tea. I added unsweetened watermelon tea (flavor is kind of weak) to it. The only reason I'm docking a star is because it tastes pretty artificial and low quality, but I think that's to be expected for the price point. read more

Visited HTeaO in Katy for the first time and I must say they have some good tea! The store was clean and the staff is super friendly. What sets this place apart is the huge variety of teas--sweet, unsweet, fruity, bold--you name it. You can sample as many as you want before choosing. I'm pretty sure I sampled them all LOL! I decided to mix the Coconut and Peach Ginger teas, and let me tell you--it was so good. Highly recommend the combo. One of the employees told me the coconut tea is one of their most popular and I see why! A nice surprise--because I signed up as a new loyalty member, I got my first drink free, and it was one of their huge sizes! That definitely made my day and made me even more excited to come back. While I was wish there were more locations within the Houston city limits, I definitely plan to return to this location. read more

I used to visit this location regularly, until the newer one opened on Kingsland Boulevard. This is a wonderful concept and I always enjoy the selection. My favorite thing they have, though, is the 70% dark chocolate bar by Tony's. Prices are very reasonable with relation to the portion sizes. Pros: - Solid variety of options to choose from for teas. You can mix and match flavors. They have unsweet and sweet options. They also have other drinks that aren't tea. - The sweet options are pretty good from what my husband and brother in law said. I ordered unsweet flavored tea. - Fairly quick service. (We were the only ones there though.) Cons: - They messed up our order and gave us a large of the drink we asked for in a small and vise versa. They had read our order back to us and said it correctly but gave it to us incorrectly. - The unsweet tea didn't taste like anything. I got a mix of two flavors and couldn't taste either of them. It just tasted like watered down unsweetened tea. I think what saves the sweet ones are all the stuff added to it. We'd been meaning to try this place since they opened and finally did. I like to go inside to sample the drinks to see what I want that day. I love utilizing their app, and they sell their ice too! So refreshing! HteaO is the perfect place to get a refreshing drink. They offer coffees, teas and lemonades in many different flavors. I haven't tried their coffee, this review is based on their tea set up which I think is great! When you walk in there's a row of teas and lemonades that come in a variety of different flavors. They have little cups available so you can sample the different drinks. You can even mix drinks to your own liking, coming up with different combinations. Their tea is so refreshing! Not your typical southern style sweet tea. It's giving teavana (if you know you know). The first time I came a coworker suggested this combo, I got a mix of raspberry tea and coconut. It was a really good raspberry tea, and with that hint of coconut, it was a refreshing taste. Not too sweet or artificial tasting. I wish more places had teas like this available! This time around I got the Texas Chai, it was a cinnamon style tea. Taking a sip reminded me of the cinnamon tea my grandmother makes during the winter time. It was the perfect amount of cinnamon and sugar, just how my grandmother makes it. I had to get a cup. The ice, perfect ice! And they have a station where you can add cherries, limes, or lemons. I thought that was a nice addition! If you love the tea, you can take a gallon home. If it's your birthday, you get to take a gallon home for free! Just register through the HTeaO app. Along with drinks they sold snacks, candy's, and other sweets. They also have merch available for purchase as well. I highly recommend coming here for happy hour! I love this place! This is my second visit and it was just as awesome as the first visit. Parking - an entire lot, free parking available. Easy access. There is also a drive thru. Cost - reasonable. My tea was around $2.50 for a small. Atmosphere - friendly and welcoming. They have a restroom available for customers. There are approx 30 teas to choose from and most options have a sweet and unsweetened option. There are sample cups available between the tea stations or you can ask the cashier for a sample cup. The first time I went I tried every kind. My favorite is the blueberry. The Georgia Peach and coconut are good as well. Pro tip - if you download the app, they will give you a free tea as a reward. They also have a great retail selection of food and merchandise and catering size teas that you can purchase. read more

I first went through the drive-through and told them it was my first time, they then offered me to come inside so that I can sample all the flavors on the floor. I came after the grand opening lines calmed down a bit. I was impressed how clean it was kept even because the line was loooong for the first few hours. The staff was super helpful with anyone who had questions. As far as the tea goes - it was fresh and there is definitely a flavor for anyone. I mixed 1/2 sweet regular and 1/2 unsweet peach and it was perfect for my taste. My dad got the sweet blueberry finished his before we made it home. Extra points from me because they have the "good ice"! Also, I didn't purchase anything but the snack selection was great and had plenty of healthier options. The tea is great. I am glad I have a wide range of no sugar options near my home. However, it is the no sugar option that is the cause of my poor review for service. Twice so far I have received the wrong order when ordering a gallon of no sugar Georgia peach. The first time, the worker gave me the sugar version and I didn't notice the marking on the jug until I got home. Luckily, they believed me when I brought it back unopened and replaced it with the correct no sugar version. However, the very next time, I received a correctly marked no sugar jug and brought it home. As soon as I tasted it, I could easily tell it contained sugar. However, it wasn't full sugar. My speculation is the worker started to fill the jug with full sugar and realized their mistake. Then, rather than waste the tea already dispensed, they just mixed it with no sugar. Therefore, I cannot trust what I buy is what I get any longer. read more

Terrible service, I came for 4 gallons for the supper bowl at 4 pm had them paid. Said to one of the employees that I would come later because it was full and they told me that they would he ready by the time I came back. Got back to HTEAO at 4:50 and waited 20+ minutes still waiting to get what ordered an hour ago. read more

I would suggest opening by 6 AM during the week so people are able to grab something on the way to work and by 8 AM on Sunday.
