It's like, here we are, these two exhausted parents driving up to a new coffee place where we don't know the menu after dropping off my beautiful bonus kiddos, and here are these patient, fresh faced college kids just vibrant and ready to take our order and answer any questions we had about the food or coffee. It was just a really refreshing experience compared to feeling rushed at Starbucks. I got my usual decaf coffee with sugar and the husband tried a white chocolate latte (I forgot the name). The coffees were phenomenal. But the REALLY cool part was how they give you a free chocolate covered coffee bean on every single drink (even the smoothies, because, yes, we went back). We have also tried a muffin top, smoothie, and biscotti. I am serious when I say that everything is good here. I am just mad at myself that I had just bought more coffee for the house before discovering this wonderful place and buying it here instead! The owners shared that they make their own mix in-house with real spices (not a syrup or a powder) which took them 9 months to perfect. You can taste the difference in the detail and effort!
