I love Dutch Bros. You cannot beat them, I go sugar free by choice, and the sugar free options at DB are unlimited, more than all the others put together. This morning I was early and there was a young lady outside setting up the signs, and even at 38 degrees, she still slowed down for early morning pleasantries. When they open she was still all smiles, very positive. I have ordered with her before but today there was no one else in line so she seemed to really take time and really make that special customer service connection that we all miss. Her name is Sandy, and she is hands down my favorite "Bro-ista". Her customer service skills are as amazing as she is cute, a very infectious smile. She whipped out my Candy Cane Mocha in record time, I ordered and bam , there it was. She slapped a sticker on the top, handed me an ornament, and then wished me a wonderful day. Service was absolutely atrocious. Absolutely no sense of urgency for other people's time. Waited in line for 25 minutes for one drink before just leaving empty handed. The overpriced menu is not worth that much of anyone's time. It's time for management to restructure their team. this is the worst dutch bros location I've ever been to. After multiple times coming here, they never fail to disappoint me. Even going early in the morning I've had to wait atleast 30 minutes in line. the drinks are always inconsistent. I typically order the same exact drink when I go, and it always tastes different. like today, for example, my coffee tastes like river water. I understand the concept of having conversations and getting to know your customers, especially as someone who was a barista. but the workers here need to pick up the pace. even my co workers have had similar experiences where they have had to come in late because they were stuck in the drive through line. unfortunately I will not be back to this location which saddens me because the only other location is 35 minutes from where I live. I wish I could give a 0 star but hopefully my review gets to the management to better improve drive time/speed of service. read more

We waited in line for 45 minutes, finally asked for my money back and left. They where taking orders way ahead and where still taking forever getting orders out. I get it gets busy but 45 minutes for coffee is ridiculous. read more
