Wonderful drinks! Good variety, I usually order to go or for delivery. I have tried 5 different drinks here and enjoyed them all

The computer you're supposed to order with was not working. I had to order with the little girl at the counter. I asked her if they had the little Boba balls. She said they did.. I ordered my drink and sat down to wait. I took a sip of my drink and it did not taste so good. But it was what I ordered. I took another sip of my drink and realized there were no bow bow balls in it. When I set my cup down, I realized how nasty and sticky it was. I had to clean my hands before I could get back in my car. Never again. Looks like I'll be learning how to make Boba tea at home. read more

Oh so gross! First of all, the employee seemed confused when taking my order. I ordered a taro milk tea with boba, which is a standard drink for a bubble tea place. To be even more annoying, the owner or manager was yelling to one of the employees across the room how to make the drink. This still clearly didn't work. When I got my drink, it tasted funny. At first, I just figured it was because it was a new place so maybe they made it differently. Nope. It's because they didn't stir the drink so chunks of the powder were getting sucked up into my straw instead of Boba. DISGUSTING! It made me so nauseated I just threw the drink away. Not good...they serving bad milk. (6/7 @6pm) While running errands we stop by Prestotea to pick up drink on a hot day. So I have my daughter went in to ordered us Brown sugar creme brulee. I finished half of the cup and noticed my stomach starting to hurt and few like vomiting. I looked back in the cup there were alot of soft tofu like chunk in my cup. At first I thought my daughter ordered some jelly in there but she said she only the ordered popping boba, it even said so on the cup...after vomiting I did feel better but really hope owners get to read this and be careful next time. Used to be my favorite place for my kids and I to go but I will not come back anymore..I drink this drink before unless they put some weird jelly. It is not chunky like that. read more

Though I am a fan of their Bubble Tea's, I'm definitely NOT a fan of their self ordering service. For this area, most of us are not necessarily familiar with specialty stores. I personally like to ask questions regarding which teas are recommended and in general, have a person to person interaction. I get this is the future, but it feels awkward literally standing in front of the counter and not beingable to ask what options I have in placing my order for the tea. The only exception for using this form of ordering would be in terms of overflow. Other than this, a first time customer will most likely feel overwhelmed by the choices. In summary, The products of l Presotea is extremely good, but the solution in managing orders is not optimal for customer satisfaction. Kiosks are everywhere, and it gives the authenticity of the shop a bad vibe. A better solution would be to hire more workers to help more people to fulfill more orders at a more efficient rate. Trust me, the traffic is study. So increase the overall customer experience with genuine human to human interaction, and this two star will be turned into a five star. Also... So good! We will drive from Midland to Odessa for Presotea because it's the best in the area. Staff is happy and helpful, even when it's late and they're short on staff (thanks, Jennifer!). Went there for the first time the other day, didn't know we had something like this here. I haven't had boba tea since I was a child and hearing our town had something like this made my inner child light up. I got the Brown Sugar Creme Brulee and it was sooo goood and amazing. They even put in little chunks of actual creme brulee in there, that's so wild. Staff was amazing, friendly, and fast. Definitely coming back again read more

Went for the first time a few days ago, the staff seemed a little quiet but kind. The place was nice and clean with a few customers hanging out enjoying their drinks. A cute vibe for sure. Ordered two variations of Taro for my daughter and myself, neither was particular great but not terrible either. It needs a little more Taro flavor and to be a touch sweeter and then it would be perfect. All in all a good first experience. read more
