They also have snacks, Yeti brand products and refillable 2, 3, and 5 gallon water bottles, stands and crocks! FINALLY!! So happy that HTeaO has made its way to Providence Village. They have an assortment of freshly brewed teas and other easy-to-grab snacks. They have seasonal brew as well as a standard assortment. I recommend the Sweet Coconut and the Sweet Wild Raspberry teas, bust you honestly can't go wrong! Use the small disposable cups at the ends of the rows to sample and don't be afraid to mix flavors to create your own custom blend. If you truly can't decide, the workers are SO kind and ready to help. Pricing is reasonable and based on the size of the cup and whether you added fresh fruit (in a separate island from the rows of tea dispensers). Bring your drinks up to the counter and make sure to download the app and create an account to start accumulated points because I can guarantee you'll be coming back. I know I will be! read more

We've been a few times since they opened and no complaints. We try to get a new flavor each time we go. I really like the Peach ginger and the family prefers wild raspberry. We decided to get half a gallon for our Christmas dinner. It's good tea. read more

I was thrilled when they opened this location. We used to live by the Carrollton one and then moved to Aubrey... so this has been amazing to have so close by! Their tea is always fresh and yum but I did try their coffee and oh my goodness! I got the Marfa Morning without Irish cream and it was sooooo good! Can't wait to go back and get it again! We go there weekly to refill our water gallons and they are so nice and quick! read more

Love this place. It's a must for any tea drinker. Being able to mix tea flavors brought out the inner kid in me. Suicide anyone? Many flavors ranging from the classic, to sweet to the unusual. There are flavors for every mood. The staff was great for recommendations for those who get paralyzed by too many choices. read more

OMGGGGG! The Tea is amazing and the Boba is even more amazing! Do not suggest coming here, the older bossy lady smokes out back and won't wash her hands when she reenters also I believe I was her and those younger girls smoking in the back as-well. We've been inside this location on two separate occasions and both times the floor inside is dirty and sticky. So sticky your shoes have a residue on the button after walking though the place. It's clear they haven't attempted to keep it clean at all. We purchased two gallons of sweet mint tea. After opening one of the gallons and tasting it, the flavor was extremely off and a horrible smell was coming from the gallon...almost like a cleaning solution smell. Sweet tea shouldn't smell like that. read more
