Workers were rude and disrespectful. Delicious drinks but will not be coming again. I believe the drinks were made incorrectly as we received a drink that online was blended but was not blended when we received it. Were given attitude and were treated rudely when we said we had never been there. Worker rolled her eyes and ignored our questions. We were asked "phone number?" When we said we didn't have a phone number with the company the employee sighed and rolled her eyes. The worker was constantly looking away and obviously had no interest in listening. When we approached the window we only got one of the drinks that we ordered and were told that we ordered one when we ordered two. The girl came back and told us that we were wrong and did not order two drinks. I will be telling people of my experience. I hope this is not the norm from Swig. read more

Reminds me of home! I miss some good ol' Salt Lake City 'dirty sodas' and was so happy to see one not too far away from my new place. 42 oz Dirty S.O.P. You haunt my dreams and my nightmares. I could have one of you a day, but I would die before I was 40. Swig is one of the better places to get a local Utah culinary classic, the "dirty" soda. They're fast, cheap and have awesome cookies. This has now happened multiple times. As much as I love Swig, I will not be waiting my money at this location anymore. I have ordered the same drink every time and continue to get a drink that's not even close to full. After the fourth time I said something to the girl at the window only to be met with an eye roll and a "that's how the drink is made". I wouldn't suggest supporting a business that doesn't care about its customers. We really enjoy driving up from Frisco to get a swig it's kind of a fun excursion. Nothing to really complain about. Founder ftw.

Drivers have to pick up orders in drive through, drink carriers are really cheap and break in delivery. Staff wasn't helpful and wasn't willing to voice concerns to corporate. Ambiance was toxic and disrespectful. Food , drinks was ok. read more

Cute little drink (non alcoholic) drive thru joint with awesome country music playing. It feels like a small town drive thru for sure. I love how they do a chic fil a style of ordering in the drive thru where they come to the car. It's so efficient! Our person was super knowledgeable and kind too. We got a Texas tab drink since their drinks are pretty delish, which is Dr Pepper, vanilla, and coconut cream. They have so much more variety too! Highly recommend! read more

Saw a couple of tik toks featuring some refreshing bevies! Had to check it out. Very sweet young lady running the car line- I ordered a 16 oz Texas Tab- creamy coconut, Dr. pepper, vanilla- interesting but had to give it a twirl. Prices are pricey- the young lady at the window- not very friendly and acted like there was a long around the building- she was talking a million miles an hour and had no time for me. My drink was good, but mmmm, a little watered down and expensive. Glad I got to try it- and the young lady outside taking orders was nice. read more

The staff were all super friendly and ai loved that. The cookie I got was mid but the drink was tasty. I'd say skip their food and get a drink. If you like dirty sodas or soda in general you'll like Swig. I didn't go inside but it was a nice little building and they had a clear easy to read menu. This is a great place for specialty drinks, sodas, teas, energy. Probably not for the health nut for many of the options, but great tasting flavors and options to mix. We most recently tried revivers for a porno they did and enjoyed them both. I had the cloud 9 and my wife had the daisy duke. Service is generally good the few times we've been so far. Some more transactional for sure, but it was on a promo day with long lines too read more

First time trying Swig but definitely not my first time drinking Diet Coke! This location is a little hidden from 380 so it's easy to miss but it's tucked behind the Kroger gas pumps. The line was wrapped around and I'd heard so many great things about Swig, so I had high expectations going in. The lady that took my order was rude and impatient when I asked what her go-to drink was, so that was off-putting. I ordered the 24 oz The Founder (Diet Coke + Sugar Free Coconut + Fresh Lime + Coconut Cream) which came out to a little over $5 after tip. Unfortunately, I can't get behind the hype. Overall drink was kinda flat and I could barely taste any coconut flavor despite it having both syrup and crème. Maybe try another signature drink or ask for extra flavoring if you want to try yourself but I won't be coming back. read more

The drinks here are fantastic. But they are seriously slow. I've never been to Swig and been able to get a drink in a timely manner. Even if I order ahead. I think they have kids running the show and they may need to hire a few adults who are customer service oriented. Or maybe revamp the way things are done. Starbucks can do this and they have to brew the dang coffee. read more

It's not rocket science it's just soda, how could they constantly mess that up! it's so annoying because they don't ever apologize or offer to fix drinks when they mess them up. Swig is a new concept for me, up until they moved to Frisco I had never heard of them! Now we've been twice, but the experiences are good! The first time we went it was during their grand opening weekend. We waited in line maybe 15mins because they were giving out free drinks and cookies. We won a $20 gift card the first time, which obviously left a great impression. Then the second time around, I tried the hula girl and even though I am not a soda drinker, I loved this! Nice refreshing drink place. Both times staff was kind and provided great suggestions. read more

They should have accepted my coupon for being delayed and coupon says it's only valid at this location. read more
