Crap coffee and crap service. I waited in line then got up to pay. They take my money and ask me for an donation and a tip. I waited there for my coffee and they if I needed anything else without giving me my coffee. Then she shuts the window and lets me wait more. Then opens the window as I'm still WAITING FOR MY COFFEE. So this is a place that I have wanted to try before I moved. Luckily, my wife wanted a burger from Freddys and the closest one was 25 minutes away right by this place. Service/Barista was good. I didn't see the inside, but I'm sure it's nice. I've had their coffee beans, and they are robust. So, I grabbed a cup to go for the ride home. I had the smokey joe with Oatmilk, no dairy since I have a dairy allergy. Sadly. This cup was perfect, it wasn't too sweet, too strong. It was good, and delight for the drive home. I am a big fan of BRCC, I've seen their youtube videos and am happy they are a major proponent for veterans and those who served. I'm glad I was able to try them out and will miss them as they are not in New Mexico. However, the coffee beans are still available. If you get a chance, try it out. We came inside to check it out since we were in the area. It smells so good in here! We bought a package of K-cups in the Hazlenut variety. My hubby reports that the coffee was just OK. Not his favorite, but not the worst he's ever had either. I love their support for veterans and law enforcement. You can see patches from local law enforcement branches proudly displayed on the wall. They always ask if you are a veteran or a member of law enforcement and if so, you receive a discount. read more

BRCC might be good if you order the right thing. Unfortunately, the Liberty Bell iced coffee with almond milk that I tried was way too sweet even though I asked for half the normal amount of sweeteners and flavor add ins. What was even more irritating was the checkout experience. The employee asked if I wanted to make a donation (a bag of coffee for a service member) that ended up being more than my coffee which I said yes to, then complimented my vehicle and asked if I wanted to tip also. I might have been inclined to tip but he said that my total to tip on included the donation I made and when I asked how much just the coffee was, he was rude and said that everyone tips on the whole transaction including any donations. He refused to tell me my drink total so I politely declined and will no longer be taking my business here or any other location. read more

The coffee and service is great! Definitely returning regular customer! We ordered the winter seasonal Mexican mocha drink, iced for me and hot for my wife. Both were delicious and would get again! Also got the burrito grenade and a double chocolate brownie. Prices for the food seemed high, but tasted good. Probably would stick to coffee regularly and maybe an occasional food item. My husband loves their coffee. When they still had the spicy honey chai latte we used to come here every weekend, unfortunately they replaced it with a plain chai latte which tastes exactly like the tazo premade one mixed with milk I make at home. Today I was excited to try the matcha tea latte, but again it tastes nothing like an actual matcha, the color of my drink was actually yellow instead of green. I think they use a premade matcha drink and just mix in with milk. I do have to admit their breakfast foods are the best from any other local coffee shop we've tried. read more

Good by Starbucks! Pleasantly smooth coffee without the burnt taste you get from other coffee shops! I don't care for all the fluff added to today's coffee but most places don't know how to brew just a cup of joe! This place does! I had the cold brew with a splash of almond milk. Came to the new Frisco location for the grand opening event. Excellent experience, as expected. This location has more drinks on tap and the other ones, they said that's a new experimental feature. One thing I thought was weird about the layout, is that the menu board is off to the side, not right where the cashiers are. Probably not a big deal on a normal day, but was a little awkward when it was packed for the event. Would give this establishment zero stars if possible. Terrible service I set a mobile order for a pick up at 2:30, walked in early for my order to let them know I was there for pick up. It's fine that it wasn't ready as I was there a few minutes early. The place was NOT busy yet somehow my order was not given until 2:45. It seems all drive through orders were being served before mine. I was excited to try this place to see what all the hype was about but never again. No apology. No nothing - just an excuse about how or when my ticket was printed. The inside and drive through were not busy. Not busy enough for a 20 minute wait. However if they say they are open at 5am you'd think they would be open by at least 5:22am. But I guess management don't push them to open on time, but this is the 2nd day ive been here with no answer in the drive thru.
