He came out, we talked, and I provided some sketches of what I was looking for. Jack came back with an estimate the next day and we agreed for him to start work in a couple of weeks. Due to the location of our property line and the small space he was working with, he and his crew had to wheelbarrow out all the dirt and bring in all the gravel. It took only one day, and now we are able to enjoy our outdoor shower. I was very pleased with both the work and communication. Jack was easy to work with and charged a reasonable rate for the work.

Russell was in contact numerous times and always returned our text and calls with any concerns that we had. Being new to having work like ths done we did not know what to expect. Russell walked us through each step and checked in to make sure all of our questions were answered immediately. During this past winter we had lots of water concerns in our back yard and Russell made sure each time it rained he was here to ensure our property was properly being drained during the work.
