I have to say usually big projects can be a stressful time . This has to be the best company I have ever delt with. I did not have to do a thing but explain to them what I needed done and that was it. They were in and out in like 5 days . Everyday cleaned up everything in driveway and worked neatly. Paul even advised me on some things I should do after the project started and did them lower then the cost normally because of my budget. These guys really do care about there customers and there name . Thank you and my vinyl and deck look amazing . There quality in their work is A+++. I couldn't imagine using another company as my GC. I had a major reno ahead of me and was extremely overwhelmed. Mike and his team are extremely knowledgeable and skillful. We had a fire in our multi-family home. After the initial demolition (not done by Vaz) our two leads for renovations never got back to us, leaving us frustrated.
