I was pleasantly surprised to see a big ad (both on their website and door!) offering 5 min free to new customers, and I intended to add more paid minutes + tip extra. When I walk in they tell me they 'don't have' chair massage (there is a folded up chair in the corner within plain sight) and 'table is better', yet coincidentally requires a longer duration. It's all pretty suspicious, so I just asked if they still offer the 5 minutes free and she immediately says NO and I said 'why not?' and she said it's because it's for new customers and I said I've never even been here or heard of you before today! She laughs and accuses me twice of lying despite the fact that THEY nonstop lied to me from the moment I walked in. Then I said forget it and decide to leave, at which point she eyerolls and says "fine" like they're doing me a favor. I said no, you accused me of lying... I don't want to give you my business and I walked out the door. Somehow I left more stressed/on edge after walking into a massage place. Great business strategy... two women sitting in an empty business on a weekday driving away a new customer as soon as you step in the door. Zero apology or regret despite the fact that I was perfectly polite until the second time she accused me of lying.
