There's peaceful spa music playing throughout the spa and I was quickly assisted by the front desk attendant to check in and get settled in for my appointment. I was easily able to book via phone. What I really appreciated was that during the virtual checkin, there's a section that asks you for which focus areas you'd like the masseuse to focus on during your service. You can then circle different parts of the body (this is shown from different angles as well) to specify where you'd like your masseuse to specifically target. This personalization was very evident during my actual massage and again, I was impressed by how everything was very clean/spotless there. The masseuse politely asked/checked in throughout my massage if I was comfortable and if she was using the right amount of pressure. I was surprised that the oil was slightly heated/warm, but really enjoyed how soothing it was. I left my massage feeling very refreshed and relaxed. Overall, it was one of the best massages I've had and the service was great. I'll definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I try a new spa every year during spa week, anyone who has ever participated In spa week knows that the services are $50 for this time frame. When we walked in they were unorganized , they did not know what room to put us in or which masseuse to use for us. After 15 mins of bickering they finally put us in a room. When I called I scheduled an appointment for massages and specified for spa week I was asked aromatherapy or deep tissue, and I asked if we can be in the same room. At check out they charged us $165 for up charges that we were not told about. Very unprofessional. On top of all of this it was not even a great message. We both were asked in the beginning if there are any areas that we would like to focus on. Our needs were completely ignored. Not worth the money at all!

This was my first experience doing a float or being in a salt room and I have been raving about it…read moreall day!! The facility itself is absolutely gorgeous. I thought the float room and the shower in it were also beautiful. Being that it was my first time it took me about 20 minutes to get the hang of floating and settle in and at some point I fell asleep!! I felt horrible as it took me a bit to wake up with the employee telling me my session was over but she was really nice about it! The salt cave was also stunning and comfortable. I really do think it helped me be less congested. My only complaint is that the body wash in the shower was out so I used shampoo to get the salt off and there was no opportunity to dry my hair. I also am having a bit of trouble with salt in my ears but they offered ear plugs so that's just a beginners error. I am a highly anxious person and I can honestly say I walked out of this place feeling like I could take on the world. I've never been so at peace and cannot wait to come back!!

Pricey, definitely. I didn't feel any benefits from both services but my husband felt as if he did. I was hoping to bring my daughter, asthmatic Back here to the kids salt room but I had a similar interaction as another reviewer with the owner. She answered the phone when I booked and then also showed me the barcode and just pointed and got annoyed with me that I didn't understand what she meant as she just pointed. All interactions with her made me feel bad about myself honestly. It was very pretty inside and clean and a nice place but for the price and the service I wouldn't go again.

If you're looking for a very basic, very affordable place for reflexology, chair massages and back…read moremassages this is a great place. You enter into a waiting room area with a small seating area and reception desk. Enter the door to the fairly large open spa. There are several chairs to the right for chair massages, plenty of setups for reflexology and a room in the back for massages. The reflexology area has roll-up shades for dividers. No appointment is needed here which is very convenient. The space is clean, quiet and relaxing. They have excellent prices. Chair massages are $1 per minute. One hour reflexology is $35 or $28 if you prepay for three total sessions. One hour massages are $38. For reflexology many will not like their setup here. There is another popular reflexology place further down Route 9 that uses reclining chairs. Here you lay flat on a bed with a pillow. Overall, for the price and convenience this is a great place to unwind.

I went in with pain behind and along the side of my knee, thinking that was the issue. My therapist immediately knew it was connected to tightness in my IT band and glutes. As she worked through the tension and released knots higher up the leg and hip, the pain in my knee started easing up. That's the difference between someone just giving a massage and someone who truly understands the body and how everything connects. You can tell many of the therapists there are seasoned and experienced. It didn't feel rushed or generic -- it felt therapeutic, knowledgeable, and customized to what my body actually needed.
