SEXUALLY ASSAULTED - On Saturday, October 18, 2025, at approximately 1:00 p.m., I was sexually assaulted by a worker at Apex Foot Massage. My wife had suggested that I get a massage that day, as we had a difficult night caring for our toddler. We have been customers of this establishment for approximately three to four years, typically receiving foot massages only. This was the first time I had chosen a full-body massage. My wife had given me a $45 gift card, which normally covers the cost of a foot massage. Upon arrival, I noticed that I could upgrade to a full-body massage for an additional $20, which I agreed to because my back was in significant pain. The owner had no objection to this and processed the change. He then escorted me to a private room and informed me that someone would be with me shortly. Before the massage began, I used the restroom. As I exited, I saw the woman who would be providing the massage. I undressed, leaving on only my underwear, which is standard practice. She entered the room and asked if I preferred a firm massage; I replied "yes, but not too hard." She began massaging my back. Shortly afterward, she tucked the blanket into my underwear, then pulled it completely down, leaving my ass fully exposed. She smacked my ass and giggled, which immediately put me in a state of shock and confusion. She then began massaging my ass in a highly inappropriate manner, further violating my personal boundaries. During this, she noticed my wedding ring and asked if I was married, then continued massaging my back. I felt extremely uncomfortable and tense but was unsure how to react. She then instructed me to turn over, began massaging my feet, and eventually moved up to my thighs. At that point, she grabbed my penis twice. I immediately yelled at her to stop and told her that her behavior was unacceptable. She appeared startled and repeatedly said, "Sorry, sorry," in broken English before quickly leaving the room. I immediately got dressed and reported the incident to the owner. When I confronted him, he pretended not to understand English and used Google Translate on his phone. I spoke into the translator and explained clearly what had just occurred. I told him that I was not that kind of client, that the behavior of his employee was unacceptable and illegal, and that I had already called 911. Police officers arrived shortly after. I explained the entire incident and provided all necessary details. The owner refunded my payment in full. The responding officers informed me that, unfortunately, incidents like this are not uncommon, and that while I could pursue legal action, it might require taking time off work and additional legal proceedings. This experience has left me feeling deeply violated, uncomfortable, and distressed. I am submitting this review so that no one has to go through what I experienced. It's sad to say, but there is a double standard in these situations when it comes to men, and it is not right at all. read more

Hmm I've been wanting to try this place out it's close by and affordable. The massage started with the man using his elbow by my spine. Ad long as he didn't do that I felt OK and I had to tell him to lighten up the pressure, but you should not use an elbow on a spine. After that, I was ok. I laid in the chair and was starting to relax until I realized a customer brought a small dog in. The dog did not want to stay in the bed she brought for him and he was walking all over. The owner fell asleep glad she was relaxed but unfortunately it ruined my experience. You could hear the collar jingling as the dog was walking around and then the dog decided to come and jump up by me and nobody stopped it! They just let it stay by me and keep walking around. Unfortunately, this changed the experience for me and I couldn't relax after. I love dogs but it should not be allowed to be in a place like this where customers are paying to escape and relax. Very nice massage! Been here many times and fairly consistent! I just wish building fan was quieter -- it's a constant disturbance humming in the background. Also - this time they didn't close the door into main room so it wasn't at dark and quiet. Could hear entire conversations with people in foyer. For foot massages, this place cannot be beat! They really make you comfortable with eye mask, blankets, and soothing music. It was my first time, and I was initially unsure about quite what to expect, and in the front room, I was ok with a half hour massage, although the front desk manager wanted to upsell me for an hour. Then my eye caught a deal: 45 min foot, 45 min body massage, for $85. I was sold and away I went. Got the foot massage first and then I was offered to either sit in a massage chair, or have a private room to lie down on a table. I chose the latter. The entire facility is immaculate, and there are signs in the rooms to *keep your underwear on*, so this is an entirely legitimate place. My only word of warning is that the body massages are VERY deep tissue, which I wasn't quite prepared for, so if you're not used to it, either clearly communicate or perhaps this isn't the place for you. I had two large red stripes running along either side of my spine when I got home: ruptured capillaries, probably as a result of "gua sha" technique. I was sore for about a day but it was well worth it, as my flexibility was incredible afterwards. I'll be back for sure. read more

"Alice" an excellent Masseuse: professional very hard working. Normally i come to this establishment because of her! Today I had an unpleasant experience with the front desk male person who is I believe is a total con artist!! I know I came in with 200 dollars and change the 200 hundred dollars was in four 50 dollar bills. I had 1 hr massage with Alice which was great and I gave her one of the 50 dollars for a tip she's works hard and she constantly has has clients with no breaks. That means I have 3 more 50 dollar bills. I go the front desk and give the the con artist two 50 bills 100 dollars he give me back ten dollars for change! I told him I gave 100 dollars and he stated I gave him a 50 and a 20 70 dollars, the massage was 60 dollars. I know for sure the guy is con artist because my wallet had one 50 dollar bill left! The cherry on top is after I was done with my massage, your foot masseur goes and waits up front with the cashier. So I go there and say good bye and the masseuse is there so I give her a $5 tip and she says shows it to the cashier and places it back on the counter in front of me. The cashier then asks me 'was she good?' and i said 'yes' (im of course not going to say no i've had better) and the cashier goes 'well then give her more' I looked at them both, said no, and walked out. Have been there 3 times and can honestly say that I've gotten a terrific massage each time. I've done 30 minute body massage w/30 minute foot massage and have been very pleased each time. The only issue is each time there's been language barrier at both the front desk and with the masseuse. It's been tough to communicate the service I want and the time I want when scheduling. Decided to give this place a shot after a couple of let downs at other local massage parlors, but this place seems to have stuck with me. The staff is always accommodating, the ambiance soothing, and the prices more than affordable. They offer packages at discounted rates - the foot massages are always immensely rejuvenating, and the best bang for your buck, although the full body massages aren't too shabby either. Each masseur has his or her own touch - e.g. Michael in my experience gives the most attentive foot massages, while Susan (apparently on break at the moment) gives back massages to die for. I walked into Apex needing a foot massage. I walked out wishing they had a customer service department AND still needing a foot massage. Andy at the front desk is beyond rude. I imagine APEX gets a lot of business off of their Groupon deal. I went to purchase a Groupon while in the lobby Andy told me they would sell me the 30 minute foot massage for $19. Groupon is selling the 30 minute foot massage for$18, I said thanks but no thanks. Then Andy said he had to check with his manager to see if that was ok. It was. I purchased the Groupon and he started berating me about how they have a lot of problems with Groupon. I don't really see how that's a concern you should be discussing with a patron. He said so many customers have problems with Groupon and then he started making me feel very uncomfortable. So I left with a Groupon purchase I'll probably never use. read more

Loyalty program is a lie. The place does have a nice atmosphere. The girls, while not speaking too much English, are good at the full body massages I've had. The management, however, lies. I've had ten full body hour long sessions and cashed in my loyalty card by adding another 30 minute long session to my paid session, which worked very nicely. On my second loyalty card, I asked to do the same thing. They said no, you must use the 30 minute session on your next visit. When I came back for that, they said it was a 30 minute foot massage, not for a full body massage. After spending good money, and visiting 10 times (for a full hour each), I didn't get what was expected. The card says "10 visits", not 10 hours. Someone with 10 half hour sessions should be eligible for the free 30 minute massage. It also did NOT say 30 minute foot massage, just 30 minute massage. And they had already honored it in the correct manner previously. They make up rules as they go. I tossed the card completed with 10 stamps on the counter and said I would not be coming back. We were totally taken advantage of as we went in for a 30 minute foot soak with a Groupon and walked out paying full price and an add on of 30 minutes that we didn't ask for or where not aware of until check out. Our relaxing massage ended in a 40 minute argument with the women and her husband mike pretending to speak broken English and telling us that Groupon was wrong.
