It is now November I've dropped about 6000 just trying to keep this car together, it has a blown head gasket, broken valve cover, they put water instead of windshield wiper fluid, the key fab doesn't unlock my doors at all AND i didn't get my handles until the second or third week of October and that's only because i kept calling every Friday. If you don't want to lose your entire savings, DONT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Brought the truck in to get it installed, and they had ordered the wrong hitch. Brought it in a second time, waited at the dealership all day only to find out that only part of the hitch came in. Brought it in a third time only to find out they still didn't have all of the parts. Brought it in a fourth time only to find out they wanted to keep it all day because they didn't know how to install the hitch and they were going to have to call for the instructions and then find someone to put it in. Said if they couldn't find someone, they would send it somewhere else. I finally had enough and told them that they could just load it in the back of the truck and my husband would install it himself. I even looked up the Instructions and it is a 15 minute install. Yes it is heavy, but once it is in the bed, should take 15 minutes. When I said I was just going to take it home, they changed their tune and decided to get it done right then and there. They also never detailed it like they were supposed to. The only people who were busting their butts to help us resolve this we're Jason the sales guy and Jordan the finance guy. It is ridiculous that we are in Texas and they have hired people who don't know how to install a 5th wheel hitch. It took us almost 2 months to finally get our hitch. The only saving Grace was they gave us a free oil change.

I don't want to sound sexist or racist, but if you are a minority woman a "stealership" will have a target on you the second arrive on the lot. It's pathetic and disgusting, If I could have gone with her to shop for a car, I would. She's incredibly independent and I admire her for even doing this monumental task on her own. In March, 2016, my daughter purchased a red 2013 Hyundai Accent and the first night she brought it home the battery DIED. I told her that even with a used car, the battery shouldn't need to be replaced and you haven't had it 24 hours. After this happened we discovered a lot of issues with the dealership and car. Let's start with what I didn't like about this deal: She only had one car key The battery died the first NIGHT she brought it home The back tire wobbled The front bumper was coming unattached on the passenger side Numerous conversations with the sales person AND a manager we got them to "fix" the bumper, get a remote lock and key, and do an alignment. A few months later the "repaired" bumper came unattached AGAIN. Fast forward nine months, January, 2017, she decides to return the car to Tejas Motors. She called them and told them to pick up the car. It took them 3 almost 4 weeks to come pick up the car. When the manager came to obtain the keys he asked me what was the reason for her returning the car. I gave him the list of reasons and gave him both keys to the car. He walked towards the car but stopped and "inspected" at the bumper. The next day, my daughter's insurance company called to inform her that Tejas Motors filed a claim against her insurance for the bumper!! The audacity of it's as bare-faced, make-money-any-way-you-can business as is possible this side of organized crime.

I know that's a lot of us these days. Recently my 4 year old and I left a bad situation behind and came here to start new. After a 3 day trip to our old home and back my car broke down 20 minutes from the dv shelter I'm staying at. It has been our house on wheels for a little while as we traveled and is everything we have. Without it we are in a new town with no way of making more money doing deliveries, no one to call for help, and without the shelter outside in the cold. After researching many options and reading reviews I felt in my heart this was the place to try. I felt the Lord leading me. I was able to get insurance to tow it for a extra 45$. I explained my situation to Lance on the phone and he made a opening right away for it to get dropped off. The Lord made provision for me with some money right before it broke down miraculously and told me to save 2000$. I didn't know I was about to break down, and it was a miracle I had that 2000$. He did a thorough investigation of the condition of my car with pictures and there are a lot of problems with my car. It's poorly maintained because I'm poor. I explained I had what I had to work with finsncially and that was it. He was so good at helping me navigate what was most important, how to choose wisely on what to repair and honestly we got most of it done. He heard I do deliveries and gave me a good discount on services, and after he got into it there were some extra complications he wrote off out of kindness of his heart and obedience to the Lord because he knew I didn't have it. I was so gratefull and knew there was a possibility there could be more issues, but came to pick it up in faith. When I arrived and started my car there was a problem (abs)when I started driving. I called Lance and explained to him what was happening, he asked if I could drop it back off and I said I could but I didn't have a way back to the shelter. He came in the middle of settling down and making dinner with his wife and looked at my car and gave me a ride. He found out it was abs which had been acting up when I go above 75 mph for some time. He knew I was terrified I'm sure and had no one to ask for help. He offered to help fix and work it out with me. The next morning I got a call of what he did to fix it and it's been driving well now. This man of God alongside his beautiful wife did that work for me free of charge. I would have really been in a pickle and I was scared. I am so grateful I chose a mechanic that follows the leading of the Holy Spirit in his work and really operates in honesty about your car and where your at and with integrity. He gave me a hand when I needed it most and helped me navigate the best way to get as much done as I could with the money I had. He didn't manipulate me or price gouge me. The Lord was there through the whole experience. I highly recommend!
