I was very happy with the level of service we received from Jessica and her husband. We had an issue with my credit card that could have been a major problem with a big corporate run rental agency, but they were able to work with me to resolve the issue. We were also given a crash course on the local public transportation helping us navigate to our hotel in Victoria when we dropped off our van. Overall we were very satisfied and highly recommend them.

This was our first time renting or even driving an RV. The whole process was easy! I booked online…read moreand then called to book my time to pick up the RV. I was able to pick up the RV earlier than expected so I was very happy. When I arrived our name was on the board and they were ready for us. The 2019 vehicle was very clean and sanitized. After the RV check we were on our way. Everything worked great except for the cold water nozzle in the shower. Hot water only from the shower head. FYI the hot water heater is very efficient! The water can be very hot so be careful. No other issues. The fridge and freezer worked well. We were told to only open the doors when necessary as it can take a few hours to return to the ideal temp. We had a great first time experience. When we returning the RV the process was just as easy. I received an email that day of my receipt and refund of my deposit. I will rent again however I may try the larger vehicle that has a generator as where we were camping didn't have any hook ups.

If you rent a vintage van, you don't expect perfect. But you do expect a vehicle that will run and a vehicle that is safe. Do not expect either from this company. And if you rent their vehicles through outdoorsy, don't expect any help from them when things go wrong. Attached are pictures of the rusted out wheel well and the wired together steering column universal joint. Amazingly that isn't initially the problem. It was that I tried to drive at night, but the lights were so dim I couldn't see. When I shut down the vehicle, it wouldn't restart without being boosted.

The van was absolutely great, simple, didnt stand out screaming 'TOURISTS' the bed is comfy and BIG, and the kitchen gear with the little 2 burner stove and BBQ, the fridge, the plates and silverware etc give us EVERYTHING we needed! it was easy to get around without spending a heaps on eating out, or having to resort to boring meals. The Camper had everything we needed for this trip. Also there was plenty of space for backpacks. The van was easy to drive, but remember these vans are from a different time... and they drive different that modern day cars, but no problem and we got used to it fast. Every question we had he answered within 12 hours when we needed to msg them, ( we mostly relied on wifi spots for data) and the pick up of the car return was very easy. During our trip he also contacted us if everything was well.
