First we had problems with the side door not closing and locking properly so we tried to have the service department fix it. The so called mechanic came out and ended up making it worse than what it was bent door frame and scraped paint. Second issue it went in for a plastic cover to be replaced on the awning, they managed to end up loosing the other cover to the awning and that had to be replaced. When we bought the RV we also purchased a lifetime detail package where they would wax ( seal ) the coach part except the cab. Only the passenger side was waxed ( conveniently on the side where the awning is where you spend your time at ) as I've worked in bodyshops over the years, I know what to look for. They leave a mess in the shower after they have dewinterized it, not exactly the way you want to pick up your RV after paying the bill. Maybe our next RV sale will be with another dealer or sale it and spend our money elsewhere.

Our issue: we got a small chip in the front windshield, which we reported prior to the inspection. We did not buy the "Platinum package" or windshield insurance. This place charges extra for everything and by the time we were through pricing our one week package, we felt like we had paid enough. So....small chip. $750 charge. It was deemed to be in a location that could obstruct the driver so it could not be repaired and the windshield would have to be replaced. I don't buy it. It left a really bad taste in my mouth. The experience was of a "money grab". The woman kept saying that I was getting a "refund".....$250 from our $1000 deposit. Yeah. Refund!!! Right. The blue haired lady behind the counter blurts out "..we don't take returns..." and starts to explain... I tell her to save her breath... and "..May I speak to your boss..?" A stumpy guy with a potbelly, stomps into this empty store of his.. and repeats the same BS..........!! WTH........? So, I protest this policy.... since it's not written on the receipt or anywhere on the item..!! duh...??!!??!! I got my $16 back.. However, the moron had to have the last word... "...don't come back... We don't sell to people who return stuff." Oh yes... let me put that in writing......!! Bahaha...!! I spoke to a couple RV's in the area... Let me preface by stating good help is hard to find. Also I…read moredo like the personalities of those that work here , this is just my experience. I bought a camper last march. Service broke my tailgate on my brand new truck a dodge 3500 and it took forever to get paid.(march-august) (but that's another story) -what's needling me is this.. I took it to osoyoos this summer and a bunch of systems failed. I purchased the best warranty possible. When i tried to leave osoyoos the back two jacks failed.- so i was stuck- (this rv is a former rental 2022) I then called several fraserway locations and was not helped other than to tell me to find a local repair person and tell them about your warranty. I called a repair guy and told him that my Canada First warranty should cover this mobile repair. He declined the warranty as he had had problems getting paid in the past with this company. So i paid out of pocket and he got me mobile. Once home on monday I called and asked (since i had a pre booked appointment on friday) if I could bring it in early as it is now Stuck to my truck.(imagine a camper stuck to your daily driver) Fraserway said they'd get back about it but sadly never did. This appointment was late August and i told them I needed back by thanksgiving and was assured by service that i'd have it back by then. Thanksgiving week I call them to find that Nothing has been fixed yet(its on order) so basically they can forklift load it on my truck for the weekend. I declined. Knowing they have a huge rv rental biz and knowing that mine was a former one i asked them if they could help me with a rental instead. They declined stating'insurance' issues. It's now Oct.26, i received a call from service stating that my rig will be ready soon. The employee at service told me that my last issue, a septic one needs more time. He said the warranty is covering it but it ran over in diagnostic time so before i get it back i have to agree via text to this almost $1000 on a unit purchased 2024 with a full warranty. ----Maybe think a little more about the customer and how you look in a situation such as this. I've worked in customer service since 1988
