I was very unhappy. im disabled and need the bed a certain height so I can transfer into bed from my wheelchair. after asking to take extenders off so mattress was leveled to my thigh, it was then lower than my seat. I had to beg for one of the extenders to be put on and the worker rolled his eyes and looked away and I said ok I won't ask again and went in kitchen and started to cry. they also showed up 45 minutes after the 4 hour schedule. Never felt so much silent hostility.first time doing white glove service and will be my last time. I would not recommend and I will warn my disabled community of this awful experience. read more

I paid them $200 for white glove delivery of a bed. Frame and Mattress. They were supposed to set it up and take away the packaging. They came and dropped off the bed and then didn't want to unbox it and set it up! I had to show them were on their own invoice it showed white glove delivery! They argued about it but they eventually set it up. They didn't do a very good job because it only lasted one night before the frame fell apart and collapsed. Also scheduling the delivery was a nightmare. I talked to their dispatcher to tell them when I would actually have possession of the home. They said they couldn't guarantee a time or day, as the computer dispatched everything and couldn't be changed. Overall, I would expect issues when using this company. read more

This was a third party delivery service through Homedepot. I purchased a Bathroom vanity with a THRESHOLD delivery that I paid an additional fee for. Per multiple emails vanity was scheduled for delivery on August 26 and driver would contact me with a window time. Well to my surprise I wake up to my bathroom vanity sitting in my driveway on August 20! Several days before the scheduled delivery which I was never informed about! When I reviewed my ring camera footage the driver delivered this product at approximately 5:00 am when I was sleeping. Vanity weighs 160 lbs, too large for me to lift on my own. I ordered a 75' TV that was to be delivered to my business. The TV made it to their distribution center, and then it didn't move for over 2 weeks. I tried to call their customer service number, and I could never get through. I used their online chat, and they told me that they couldn't get through to their distribution center either, but they had left an urgent message with them to call me and schedule delivery within 48 hours. 6 days later, the TV was delivered after business hours and left in the parking lot in plain view of the highway in single-digit weather. I never received any scheduling call or any other communication letting me know that it was out for delivery. I am very disappointed in the lack of care that was taken with the delivery, and the lack of professionalism when dealing with customer support. Wow. This company is horrible. Amazon definitely needs to rethink their relationship and allow someone else to compete for this contract. I was contacted to schedule a furniture delivery a week earlier than I originally chose...i figured why not get my item a week early. I rearranged some stuff and stayed home ALL DAY. I was given a confirmed 6am-12pm window and do you not know it's 8pm and they have never come!!! Wasted my entire Friday that I stayed home. They don't answer the phone or honor the call backs. They never called me back. Not all day.... I eventually called Amazon and they were able to call directly and speak to someone who blatantly lied and said that my window was for 6am- 8pm. Now you know that doesn't make sense!!! A 14 hour window??? Not only that... but their automated phone service, the text confirmation from their company, & Amazon tracking on THEIR site shows the window they gave me. Total liars!!! At 3:30pm they told Amazon they were 8 deliveries away and would be here by 8 and do a 30 mins courtesy call. No call as of this moment (8:00pm) and they haven't shown up. The response I received from Brian Roberson is that since my treadmill was delivered on 5/2/22 I need to call Nordictrac about the problem (even though I started contacting NSD since the day it was assembled). Delivery Company did a great job getting 8 large boxes into my gated community and in finding the correct building, hallway and condo unit. I had ordered 8 chairs which I came home to find neatly stacked in a row just outside my apartment in the building's hallway. I did not know the chairs were to arrive that day or I could have made it easier by having them brought in my first floor patio door. However, the delivery guys found my unit in the maze of buildings and hallways despite the 300 units in my gated condo complex. The large boxes were neatly lined up against one wall to allow people to pass. Only suggestion is to notify recipient in advance especially if signature is needed (perhaps security guard Signed?). It worked out that I was in town and entered through the hallway to find the boxes. Boxes and contents were carefully handled and in excellent condition. read more

Literally the WORST company in the universe and I'm not even exaggerating. I bought 3 toilets from Home Depot and HD unwisely used this garbage company. First, they delivered the 3 toilets to the WORNG unit condo. They just dumped them on the front unit by the street, and our unit was in the far back so we had to carry 3 90-lbs toilets to our units ourselves. Mind you, they charges $55 for shipping and this was the quality we got! And then we found one of the toilets was broken during the shipping and requested a return/replace via Home Depot. HD said someone from this garbage company will contact me for the return pickup. They never called me, only sent me an email asking me to call them, and guess what, they NEVER picked up the phone. So I called HD again and the HD customer service staff admitted to me that NSD is they crappiest company out there and they are trying to cut tie with them. So right now HD is still trying to figure out how to do this pickup for me, still no answer yet. It is now a week later with no updates from the Shipping Company. I am unable to get to a human in their circular phone menu system. I did contact someone via their "live chat" button from their website but they could only tell me that my delivery would be rescheduled within 24 to 48 hours. I still cannot get a human to pick up a phone call with no indication of whether my item will ever be delivered. I gave them a week to do the right thing. They have not. This is for tracking number: 39595842: I had a delivery scheduled for me on behalf of a furniture manufacturer. The date/time didn't work well for my schedule. On the email that I was sent with this information, it was stated that if I needed to reschedule, to reach out to their customer service line. I called, no one answered, so I left a voice mail. No one called me back. The delivery was for the next day. I called back the day of the delivery and once again, no one answered the phone after me being on hold for almost 20 minutes. I was then tracking the package on the provided link with a delivery window which was about 2 hours long. The delivery was going to a commercial office building in the middle of a work day, so I had to coordinate where to meet the delivery driver. No direct contact information was provided, so I had to wait around hoping I would see the delivery truck pulling into one of multiple entrances into this business complex. After refreshing the provided tracking link every 5 minutes, I was notified that the package was delivered. I went up to the business in a 12 story building where the delivery was to be sent, and the packages were no where to be found. I then went back down to the lobby of the building to look there, and low and behold the packages were in the middle of the elevator lobby on the floor. No attempt to contact me was made to clarify the delivery location or to coordinate where to enter the building. In constant contact the day of delivery, we even received a text saying they would arrive in 7 minutes and they were here in exactly seven minutes, impressive. I had a mattress delivered recently by Blue Streak Couriers. The reason I am giving two stars is due to their phone system. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. When you call, it rings, then you are automatically placed on hold for five minutes before you have the option to leave a message. This is ridiculous! Blue Streak needs to change their phone system! As far as the delivery goes, I luckily was home and answered the phone after playing quite a bit of phone tag. The gentleman gave me a two-hour delivery window for the next morning.
