My experience has been they're easy to communicate with via email & phone. They're always willing to work with me to reschedule if I have a conflict. They even call me with an ETA to let me know they're on the way. Their prices are reasonable compared to what I've heard my neighbors pay for their service. Before the cleaning crew leaves, they always ask me to check behind them to see if they overlooked something or didn't clean to my standards. If I ask them to clean something, they have a pleasant attitude & always take care of it. The girls are always sweet to my dog and don't mind cleaning around him or me while I work from home. Do they deep clean as well as I would if I did it myself? Well duh...no one does or would, and that's my realistic expectation. I'm just thrilled I don't have to dust, vacuum or scrub the bathrooms, so I'm a happily, satisfied customer

We found out about it after we received hundreds of dollars in bill that the AC was left on the entire time. They lied to us that they removed all the spider webs in the house, when there were none (which was confirmed by our handyman who went into the house prior), that prompted me that they were outright just lying on how much cleaning the home needed. Not a good move on the real estate agents part for recommending them. So these maids ended up costing us more. You can't just turn the AC on and leave. So unprofessional. After reading other reviews, I have no hope that they will take any accountability or responsibility. They seem to have poor work ethic. Don't use this company.

The crew arrived punctually, moved some potted plants, cleaned our two-story home to look like new. and replaced the pots. The price was the going rate for a two-story average-sized house. Their less than one day turn-around time was a surprise. They could not have been better. By comparison, I'd first queried another another company. As the appointment date approached, I called and texted a couple of times to confirm but did not receive a response. When I called from a different number, my call was answered and I was told the service would still take place on May 15. I was also asked if evening service would be okay, and I agreed. Since I was going to be out of town, I offered to pay ahead of time, but I was told payment could be made after the work was completed. Unfortunately, May 15 came and went without any service being completed, and I did not receive a call or text regarding a cancellation, delay, or change in plans. At that point, I decided not to follow up further and instead chose to move on and use another provider. This review is not intended to criticize but simply to share my most recent experience so others can make informed decisions. My previous experiences were positive, but communication and reliability were disappointing this time.
