My housemate and I caught a late evening meal there tonight. I have been to several Mongolian grills across the states. This one is beautiful inside and decorated with a variety of lovely ceramic tiles. The foyer, I simply loved. Very eye catching. The restrooms did not get upgraded in the remodel but, are now clean and sanitary. The odor that previously resided in the restrooms, is all gone! It was quiet and pleasant in the dining area. No dishes banging around or staff and guests talking loudly. Totally, non-rushing and most relaxing environment. There are several ways to get your meal and the time of day you eat matters. It matters in pricing and ingredients. There are take-out and dine-in options. You can order from 7 or 8 predesigned bowls which are cooked and packaged for you. The staff delivers the boxes to you. You can also personally select the ingredients of your bowl . The staff will assist you in selecting the sauces if desired. It's okay to sample a sauce before selecting which goes on your bowl. Just be cautions of the peppery heat some sauces contain. Some can be rather hot, especially if you don't care for that after burn. Once the sauce is selected, your ingredients are cooked together in the sauce of choice by the grill master and then brought tableside. You and your bowl have met up again via the number sign method. A large number plague is placed on your table. Your bowl gets the same number and magically, you get your own personal bowl back after it's properly cooking. The ingredients are all raw and displayed on a cold buffet maintained below 40 degrees F to prevent growth of bacteria. Tonight's buffet presented lamb, beef, white chicken, mixed chicken, shrimp, various crab-like meats, bay scallops, calamari, and squid. Accompaniments were standard veggies consisting of onions, scallions, mushrooms, carrots, red and green sweet bell peppers, zucchinis, celery, water chestnuts, ginger, and several others. A staff member assisted me with the selection of my sauce as I was clueless about the proper use of the sauces. I am not certain to what extent the whole proteins, aromatics, and sauces have to compliment each other to derive a tasty bowl. thus, I requested a lesson in sauce selection. Surprisingly, despite having ingredients I don't particularly care for in the sauce, the bowl, when finished, was rather yummy. I did eat a small slice of cheese cake similar to a New York Style but with a graham cracker crust. The slice was small as the price. It was just the prefect amount to finish my dinner pleasantly. The restaurant is child accommodating but there is ceramic tile everywhere. Caution needs to be employed so your little ones have no problems. At the food bar, the children should have an adult serve the ingredients to their bowl. This addresses less contamination of the raw ingredients. Dirty hands, sneezing, coughing, and those awful runny noses have no place at the food bar. Let the servers help with the children. The prices are reasonable. Two of us for dinner during the weekdays paid $35.00, including tip. I enjoyed my meal, the environment, and meeting the staff. The staff is polite and helpful. The staff has good command of English. I was told this place had decent food, but ended up walking out before even ordering. The staff was extremely rude when asking to clarify menu prices and food content. I'm not willing to do business with an establishment that isn't clear and extremely patronizing when asking simple questions. I will continue to visit other great options in the area! read more

No idea how the health department has not closed this place down. The piles of raw meat that you scoop onto a tray are the first questionable thing, but the plastic tray of live turtles at the register counter was utterly disgusting and bizarre. read more

Pretty disappointed. We started with Gyoza, the grossest gyoza I've ever had. Half was fried the other half was slimy and it tasted truly rotten, couldn't even swallow it. Got the stir fry and it looked pretty clean. That's the only reason this isn't a 1 star. We got the cheesecake for dessert which came out completely frozen. First time going here on 09/18/2024. We went for my daughter's birthday. To start, the food wasn't was I was hoping for or expecting for the price. The food was tough, chewy, and undercooked. Secondly, our waitress NEVER checked on us. We had to call for her just to get refills. We asked for to go boxes for the kids that didn't finish their food, and she never returned with them. That leads me to my biggest disappointment. Our waitress charged us a gratuity because we had a party of 9. Nowhere is it advertised they charge gratuity, but that isn't too big of a deal because most places charge gratuity for a party that size....However, when our waitress wouldn't do her job because she KNEW she was going to be getting an almost $30 "tip" for NO work, we weren't too happy. When we explained the situation to the rude lady at the front desk, she fought taking off the gratuity. She called our waitress over and started speaking in their native language. The waitress agreed to remove the gratuity charge. The lady at the front desk then proceeds to snatch the ticket/bill from my hand, slam it down on the counter, then snatched my credit card from my hand, tossed the card back to me after she scanned it, and then THREW a pen at me to sign the receipt. The food was delicious. You pick your own base, veggies, protein, seasoning, and sauce(s). They cook it for you and bring it to your table. The veggies were cooked perfectly--tender but not soggy. The food is only as good as your knowledge of what you like. The Thai Sweet Chili sauce is my favorite, but it was pretty spicy. If you aren't a fan of heat, try something else. My friend had the curry seasoning which can be pretty spicy. It was mild compared to my dish. You can taste the sauces before making a decision. It is probably a good idea to do so if you are picky about your spice levels. read more

A coworker and I stopped in here for lunch when we were working in town for a couple of days. I'll just dive right in and get to it! The host was less than friendly when we came thru the door. Not a smile or even hello. We were seated and given menus, no one asked us if we needed help or had any questions regarding the menu, the usual....drink?We were simply pointed in the direction of the food bar to fend for ourselves. While I was getting sauce for my bowl, I was shocked to find out the shouting coming from the other side and slightly down from me, of the sauce bar was directed at me, I didn't know this as the volume from her voice gained decibels until she was literally screaming. The lady next to me at the bar nudged me and pointed to the loud staffer. With a very short voice she ordered me to use the small sauce bowls for my sauce, I was putting it directly into my bowl. Ok, sorry. My bad. She continued to storm around the restaurant making sure her staff knew I was an idiot, and show them just how mad she was with me. Even the cook got a laugh at me, making sure I didn't see him chuckle.... I did. Stop! Let me clarify! I'm not writing this because I'm in the millennial category and my feelings were hurt and I don't know how I'll make it thru tomorrow, or I feel I deserve a free meal or I have an angle on the establishment. Or I need to vent on til tok or whatever platform to all of society and be vindicated by anyone that feels my hurt. Nope! It happened, as it sometimes does. But it won't again, not to me, anyway. Not there. Onward! The food was at best ok, the meat wasn't being kept cold any longer , and it was slimy. We should've just left. Finally a very sweet young woman on the staff made it to our table and asked us politely, she noticed we didn't fill out the plastic tent on the table with our names? "We didn't know, we said." Food was just okay. I know it's what you make of it-You need to know your sauces and really season it correctly for the right flavor if opting for the buffet. We Went for lunch. I had one bowl of rice with veggies with an egg and my husband had one bowl of rice with different meats. I ordered a water to drink and he had a soda. I was surprised that the bill came to $30 for just the 2 of us at lunch with only one drink. My husband paid and said later it was probably because he had different meats in his bowl but I'm pretty sure they overcharged us since now I'm learning they don't charge extra for adding in different meats. I'm not sure how they got to that amount/total but it's our fault for not asking. Oh well. By far the best Mongolian Bar in the south. The price is amazing at 7.99 for a bowl and only 2.99 for the second. I know right? The quality is on point and the service is great. We love this place and the owners are very nice and friendly. The food is very good, we eat here on a regular basis. The employees are always cleaning and quick to get your food to the table and they always make sure your drinks are full and are constantly asking if you need anything. It is a buffet style restaurant, you get a bowl and fill it up with fresh vegetables ,raw meat, eggs etc ( whatever you like) and they ask how you'd like it seasoned, then they cook it fresh on a large round grill (that is in plain view) and then bring it out to your table in the order it was received. However tonight the female waitress that we had was very rude and pushy. I can understand being slightly stressed due to the weekend when it's busier but this was completley uncalled for. I had already paid the tab and was waiting outside for my wife. This lady came yelling and throwing her hands in the air saying we didn't pay and that we got charged a kid's meal when it should have been an adult on the tab. All this bickering over a 5$ difference on a tab. I paid even though the mistake was hers and left. My family and I spend at least 100$ -150$ a month here, that's 1200$ minimum a year. I have eaten here numerous times since it first opened. I have always had an enjoyable meal. The ingredients are fresh and cooked to order. The portions are always more than I can eat, and I can eat a lot! I am part of a group that goes to dinner at various locations in Enterprise on Wednesday nights, and this has become one of my favorites as far as the food goes. There is a slight language barrier, but the food is worth any confusion that might come up as a result. There is a little bit of ambiguity when it comes to specials, etc, but this place will always be on the list as long as the buffet remains as fresh and tasty as it has been to this point. Love this place! The outside is kind of deterring but the food absolutely makes up for it. It's a kind of build your own bowl and your are able to pack in as much food as you want/will fit and it's a lot of food! They even have a sauce guy who helps you decide what sauces to add in it as well. Service is average but they're usually busy on most days and especially the weekend. Went for lunch today and was really excited to have something new in Enterprise. We've been to a Mongolian BBQ before, so we had some expectations about the place. The building is newly renovated and very clean. The menu is pretty simple. They have pre-selected bowls you can order for take out, or you can build your own. We did he build your own and we're able to fill our bowls with everything we wanted. They give you a number so that you can be seated while you wait for the food to cook and then will bring it to you when it's complete. They had about 6 different meats today and a whole bar of veggies. There were about 15 different sauces to choose from also. Overall, we were pleased. The food tasted great, the prices are incredibly reasonable, and we were happy. I am sure we'll come back again soon. read more

This place is pretty decent. It's a build your own stir fry basically. Pick out your base , veggies/fruit and meat with choice of sauce. Not a huge fan of having raw meat out in a buffet style with people reaching over all of it. Price is decent. But I would rather go to a buffet for the money and get similar quality. It is a unique dining experience. Since you pick the food, it is your fault if it is bad as the cooks put it on the grill and cook it. Well... things could go wrong as you could pick the wrong sauce or something. It is priced well and doesn't sit on a hot-bar awaiting you to choose.
