First visit, was a bit concerned because of the typically low ratings. Food was flavorful, nice variety, , hot, even the jello was sweet unlike other places, excellent service and attention. Reasonable prices at 13.99 and pepsi products at 2.99. Clean restrooms. I didn't like the gratuity fee of 15% for a party of 5 for a buffet (and I'm a decent tipper) never heard of this before. I tipped a little more anyway because they were very accommodating and attentive but I still don't think the gratuity is appropriate for a buffet. Also, some of the sesame chicken and honey chicken was hard, pizza was almost burned to a crisp (see pic). We went at 5:30 and there weren't that many customers. Overall, recommend and we will definitely return. There was a fly that kept buzzing around so that's something that needs to be fixed. read more

everything about this place was wonderful!!! was seated immediately and was able to get food within 2 minutes of being there. food was delicious and we got personal crab rangoons ordered to our table because our server noticed how much we loved it!!! our server was extremely sweet and made you feel taken care of. We came an hour before closing hand our server told us they have no closing time and we should eat at our pace, how kind of her. Wish i lived in destin to come here more often. Ignore all reviews, this is a good place to come and the price makes it even more worth it!! read more

Food was decent if you want something different to eat. The owner was very friendly to us.

First off. This is the first "Asian buffet" that makes you pay before you eat, besides this I only know that Golden Corral does it. 2nd they labeled everything completely wrong. So that was very useless. 3rd. What kind of buffet doesn't serve ice cream? The hibachi part. For the first 10-20 min no one was there to attend us. So everyone left their plates there until the guy came to do so. Yet the meats weren't fresh what so ever and been sitting out for quite a while. They barley had any choices. Guess my expectations are just too high for an Asian buffet down here in destin. Disappointed. I only give them 2 stars because after having dinner here. My daughter was able to make a dirty diaper the following morning because she hasn't been able to the entire day. So thanks for that. read more

To start on a positive note, the price is right for all you can eat buffet! For 2 of us it was $23. We just had water to drink. The selection of food was very good and everything was stocked nicely on buffet. My only complaint was it felt dirty. Walking in the doors and windows had greasy hand prints all over and the front looked dirty and dark. The floor was yucky looking too. This place was great until they decided to jump on the COVID-19 restaurant wagon! They stopped one of their best features which was the Mongolian bar! Didn't really make sense because they were still cooking for the regular buffet bar. Price stayed the same of course. The main reason for the single star rating is their foods quality went down as well. They always had really great tasting dishes on the bar (not usually the case in most Chinese buffets), but now it feels like they just gave up. We went at 3:30 thinking fresh food would come out for dinner at 4:00:it was all terribly, cold disgusting food. Anything battered like sweet n sour chicken or shrimp you had to pull breeding off to find any meat! My husband had fried shrimp and he pulled out a long strip of uncooked slim out of the breading. We travel often and try a lot of places this was undoubtedly the worst. Do Not rely on the website or other reviews as we did, they are very old and outdate. The Mongolian Grill is shut down and they told us it's been down since COVID. The website is completely out of date. We told the Manager as we were leaving the food was cold and terrible as we paid for our meal, he thought it was funny. I guess he would when you still get people to pay for cold, terrible, disgusting food! My recommendation would be Run and find another place to eat! read more

the customer service was terrible, horrible experience and they overcharged putting me and my kids as all adults, they took 3 servers to come ask my kids age and asked again, we told them we told them already and one of them claim there a mama and said that our kids was bigger than what her age looked like, she made fun of all my kids saying they look "big", she cussed at us and try to manipulate us into thinking it was our faul. most of the food isnt even hot, this buffet makes your stomach hurt read more
