Obvious panel peeling
Cierrah M.

Car needed to have all 3 black trim panels replaced around the window/door. They took photos and set up a time to bring in. This service can only be done during the week. Was told service was completed and picked up the car. Next morning realized only 2 panels were replaced ( technician must have not had glasses on to see the other panel). So another trip back to Hubler to get that panel replaced. I looked carefully this time just to make sure work was done. This was on a Thursday. Go to store on Friday and try to open the door and guess what! The door now doesn't open from the inside or outside! Saturday back to Hubler for the 3rd time in less than 2 weeks and no one is available to fix the door because they don't do this on the weekends!! So now I have been inconvenienced traveling to Hubler for the 4th time, trying to find a way to get to and from work, and paying the driver gas money to haul my ass around because got for bid they give you a rental while they fix something that they broke to begin with! You would think that they'd take pride in customer service and complete the job the first time. That explain why Hubler on had a 2.5 star rating, I would give them a zero but that's not an option on here. By the way, my car is only 3 years old, and I've had to bring my car in multiple times after having service performed to get something fixed that was broken by the technicians. Don't plan on going to Hubler for any other services anymore.

I got my vehicle serviced here. I do not have any experience with the sales or parts departments. My experience with the service department far exceeded my expectations. They were easy to deal with, communication was awesome and were very friendly. They were expecting me at my scheduled appointment time and they checked me in almost as instantaneous as I pulled in. They offered to give me a ride home when I dropped my vehicle off, but I had a ride already arranged. Their waiting room is very nice. It is spacious, socially distanced and has a few areas that you could set up to work while you wait. They also have a cafe that serves complimentary breakfast/lunch and has free drinks and snacks as well. I had the breakfast quesadilla while I was there and it was not bad at all. There is also free wifi, which is becoming the standard everywhere. I had a ton of service to do which was completed in a day and a half, as promised. The prices were exactly as quoted and there was no extra or hidden charges.

I have leased and purchased my last two cars from here. I also use them for service. When I test drove my last car, they let me keep it overnight and take it home so I could make sure my mom who is disabled could get in and out of the front seat easily. I also drove in one time at like 7:30am because one of my tires was low and the two gas stations I stopped at didn't have working air machines. They aired up the low tire and topped off the rest for no charge. My only complaint is that it does consistently take 2 hours for an oil change/tire rotation. They have a free cafe that offers breakfast, lunch, and snacks which is nice. I was wary of eating chicken salad from a car service place but it wasn't bad.

Misleading car dealer price.

I'm really disappointed in this dealership. I have been looking for a hybrid or electric vehicle for two months. Saw a Chevy Blazer EV online for $24,065. Called, talked to a person about the vehicle, made an appointment to come in and drive. Arrived and was assigned to Jason. We went to his sales desk to discuss the Blazer EV and I said I was looking for this one with the discount and showed it pulled up on my phone. He said there was no way they had that vehicle made a call and then basically laughed at me saying it was an online error. I sat quietly for a moment, he took some photos of it pulled up on my phone, and then I said well ok thank you and left. My questions are - why didn't they offer to show me other EVs in that price range? Do they not want to sell EVs for political leanings? Perhaps Jason doesn't? No one in that dealership made an attempt to earn my business at any of their locations for any of the car brands they represent. Disappointed to say the least.

If I don't have tape on it the door will stay open like this!

They threw $5,000+ at it for prep work (brakes, oil filter housing, track bar, valve covers, spark plug seals, fluids, etc.) and told me it was all checked out and "fixed." Their own internal worksheet proved they knew about P0300, P0302, and P0303 misfire codes. Yet they never replaced the spark plugs (I pulled a badly carbon-fouled one from cylinder 3 days later) and the O2 sensors had never been changed either. Firestone has now found a failing hydraulic lifter on cylinder 3, missing valve cover bolts, battery cables that were literally sliced/hacked, loose terminals, missing fasteners, and other loose nuts/bolts all over the engine bay. The same misfires keep coming back. I've already dumped $860 on new O2 sensors plus coils, plugs, and diagnostics. When I brought everything back they hid behind "as-is, no warranty" and claimed they "only do safety checks." The salesman kept pushing how "benevolent" their service team was. This place lacks integrity. They knew the Jeep had problems, did the cheapest partial fixes, and dumped it on me anyway. Do not buy any vehicle from this dealership. They will screw you over and then gaslight you when you complain. Save yourself the headache and money -- go somewhere else.

WELL DESERVED RECOGNITION POST FOR JACK HUSTAVA!!! **Long post but worth the read!**…read more As someone who has worked in customer service for over 12 years and finance for nearly 7, I make it a point to treat all of my customers like family and help them through stressful times, ESPECIALLY when money is involved. Jack Hustava did just that for me! Earlier this week I was day dreaming about a new truck as due to physical health issues my car needed to go. It was becoming very painful and nearly impossible to get in and out of my car. As someone who likes to have her ducks in a row I began researching and was presented with WORLD CLASS SERVICE. What is World Class Service? To me it is being the best of the best. Some of the components I look for are Dedication, Compassion, Integrity, Respect and Personalization. Jack did this and more for me. Below are some examples: Dedication/Personalization/Respect/Compassion: Jack was not pushy but he was dedicated to ensuring I got what I needed and what I could afford. He emailed me and asked if I could come in or if we could speak on the phone. I am sick and have laryngitis and can barely speak. I also live pretty far away. Jack immediately took this into account and did just about EVERYTHING for me via email. Application, credit checks, looking at diff vehicles, EVERYTHING. He told me he did not want me coming out in the cold if I did not have to and that means a lot. I could tell Jack saw me as/cared about me as a person, not a number. Jack truly cares about people and wants to help. Also it was after 5PM when I got to the dealership which is about 45 mins from my house. I told them I had to be somewhere by 8. I was in and out in less than 3 hours. Jack kept telling people I had somewhere to be and ensured I was out on time! I told him if I came in I wanted to take a vehicle home that same day due to the distance I had to drive...He ensured that happen and I now have Storm! Integrity: I am aware that there are not honest people in this world. While I am an optimist I am also not naive. Two places I make a point to never go alone is to a mechanic or a dealership as unfortunately people take advantage of women or the elderly who may not know any better. Jack could have been a predator and sold me the most expensive thing on the lot just because. He did not. In fact, he and his awesome colleague Nick in Finance worked magic, went toe to toe with the banks, and was able to knock my negative equity (over 5k) down to $0 and got me in a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder for WAAAAYYYYYYY less than I ever expected. They fought for me without me even asking. I also walked out of there with AWESOME warranties, free car washes, and paid LESS THAN HALF of the down payment I intended on paying even with less than sparkling credit. Speaking of that negative equity, they knocked $550 off of my trade in. Visit their website PRIOR to going in and have that offer emailed to you. Also I only got 1 credit inquiry on my credit! Their integrity is the best I have ever seen. Hubler Nissan is a place I would send my grandmother for a vehicle if she were still here as I trust them just that much! When I woke up on Friday I was curious about a new vehicle but never dreamed I would have one. Jack Hustava and Hubler Nissan FARRRRR exceeded my expectations. Don't walk, don't run, FLY over there. They were my Christmas Miracle, let them be yours too! Tell them Elisha/Lish sent you! PS: Their inventory is AWESOME! They use great precision in ensuring they present you with the best vehicles!

They took my car back & then did something I really like here. They send you a video of what the service tech is seeing. Around the vehicle, the engine as well as under it. Then they text you what they recommend to be done and you can pick & choose those options. This is while you are in the nicely appointed waiting area. It's basically no touch customer service. I took a screenshot of the service coupon off their website & texted that back to the advisor after I made my selections on work to be done. I truly love the transparency. Once the car was ready George came over to let me know. I'm dinging the dealership 1 star for not doing the complimentary car wash there with service but instead giving a voucher to use at Brad's car wash ( a sister company). If the Hubler Acura store right next door can do washes I fail to understand why they can't at Mazda anymore. ‍ Overall though still a very good car service experience.

Misrepresented vehicle history and hostile management. Avoid!…read more I signed paperwork on a used 2025 Mazda CX-50 that was advertised and verbally promised to be a 'one-owner' vehicle. After running the CARFAX and checking the dashboard, I discovered the dealership had actually titled the car to a second owner and driven hundreds of extra miles on it as a demo, permanently making it a multi-owner car. When I returned the next morning before paying or taking delivery to address the error, management refused to fix the contract, became incredibly hostile, and ordered me to leave the dealership. Thankfully, because no money changed hands and I never took delivery, the deal is legally void. Buyers beware: double-check the odometers and history reports here, and do not trust what the sales staff tells you.

I was happy with my purchase until I found out I'm putting a lot of money into it.. on top of that Check engine light is on.. nothing that the warranty will cover.
