WELL DESERVED RECOGNITION POST FOR JACK HUSTAVA!!! **Long post but worth the read!** As someone who has worked in customer service for over 12 years and finance for nearly 7, I make it a point to treat all of my customers like family and help them through stressful times, ESPECIALLY when money is involved. Jack Hustava did just that for me! Earlier this week I was day dreaming about a new truck as due to physical health issues my car needed to go. It was becoming very painful and nearly impossible to get in and out of my car. As someone who likes to have her ducks in a row I began researching and was presented with WORLD CLASS SERVICE. What is World Class Service? To me it is being the best of the best. Some of the components I look for are Dedication, Compassion, Integrity, Respect and Personalization. Jack did this and more for me. Below are some examples: Dedication/Personalization/Respect/Compassion: Jack was not pushy but he was dedicated to ensuring I got what I needed and what I could afford. He emailed me and asked if I could come in or if we could speak on the phone. I am sick and have laryngitis and can barely speak. I also live pretty far away. Jack immediately took this into account and did just about EVERYTHING for me via email. Application, credit checks, looking at diff vehicles, EVERYTHING. He told me he did not want me coming out in the cold if I did not have to and that means a lot. I could tell Jack saw me as/cared about me as a person, not a number. Jack truly cares about people and wants to help. Also it was after 5PM when I got to the dealership which is about 45 mins from my house. I told them I had to be somewhere by 8. I was in and out in less than 3 hours. Jack kept telling people I had somewhere to be and ensured I was out on time! I told him if I came in I wanted to take a vehicle home that same day due to the distance I had to drive...He ensured that happen and I now have Storm! Integrity: I am aware that there are not honest people in this world. While I am an optimist I am also not naive. Two places I make a point to never go alone is to a mechanic or a dealership as unfortunately people take advantage of women or the elderly who may not know any better. Jack could have been a predator and sold me the most expensive thing on the lot just because. He did not. In fact, he and his awesome colleague Nick in Finance worked magic, went toe to toe with the banks, and was able to knock my negative equity (over 5k) down to $0 and got me in a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder for WAAAAYYYYYYY less than I ever expected. They fought for me without me even asking. I also walked out of there with AWESOME warranties, free car washes, and paid LESS THAN HALF of the down payment I intended on paying even with less than sparkling credit. Speaking of that negative equity, they knocked $550 off of my trade in. Visit their website PRIOR to going in and have that offer emailed to you. Also I only got 1 credit inquiry on my credit! Their integrity is the best I have ever seen. Hubler Nissan is a place I would send my grandmother for a vehicle if she were still here as I trust them just that much! This dealer run deceptive ads and baits and switch even when you are in the car you came for - Found a truck online called checked to see if was still in stock - it was - Drove 100 miles to buy the truck sat in it and told i would take it. The price was 36 thousand more then advertised. It's now over a week later and it is still listed at the price just to get you in. They were rude and stuck up like I made the AD. Called about a used car. Spoke with Mario. Informed him that this was a car for my 17 year old son and asked if it was a reliable car. He assured us it was a good car and that he would drive it. I make an appointment and go there. Test drive the car and he let us know the sway link on the left side was broken. No biggie. (Actually both sway links were broken). He said there was no engine trouble at all, just the O2 sensors needed to be replaced. Once again I thought, no biggie. 5 minute $100 fix. I'm not sure what happened between the test drive and the drive home. Because we BARELY MADE IT HOME. Single mom here who used every dollar saved to by this car and it sits in my drive way. He assured me that he had to disclose all problems even though it was an as is sale it was still their policy. He said the car has been looked over and even had a fresh oil change. (LIE) So far the fuel pump is bad, the MAF sensor bad, fuel filter bad, both O2 sensors bad, both sway links bad, EGR valve bad, camshaft position sensor bad, and now I am still trying to figure out why this car won't run. Looking at EGR and Purge Valve sensor along with the Engine Control Computer AND the intake manifold. I literally have no idea what he did to this car to make it run while I test drove it. But it was night and day difference 1 minute into the drive home. We actually had to pull over at the big lots a 1/4 mile away. For transparency, I asked twice questions I had for the mechanic. Both Mario and the guy at the desk acted like they were trying to reach the mechanic and he was unavailable. And they were unable to answer my questions cause "they didn't know", but still reassured me this was a sound car. Edit: Spoke to the owner today. She had zero accountability for the car problems and the ongoing list of problems with a car I got to drive for 45 minutes home. (Barely making it home) She was very rude and seemed more concerned that I left a bad Google review than the fact that her workers are lying to single moms. I made it very clear I was putting every dime I had saved to buy this car. Not care was given.She stated since I had another mechanic come and look at the car here at home. (It doesn't move, of course I had to have someone come here) that she couldn't do anything to help because once another mechanic touches it after it leaves there they don't know what they do to it. Yes the mobile mechanic came and further sabotaged the car that didn't run for 24 hours. Comical. I offered to change the Google review if there was some accountability. None was offered. BEWARE OF THIS CAR LOT. TAKE A MECHANIC WITH YOU. I DONT KNOW WHAT THEY DID TO THIS CAR TO MAKE IT PASS A TEST DRIVE, BUT IT CHANGED FASSSSSTTTT!! read more

This company acts like they don't care about you or want your business. Traded in my Rogue (that I'd purchased in 2018 at Andy Mohr) in 2020. I told the salesman specifically what I needed in the Pathfinder due to the fact that I drive a lot for my work and need things to be as hands free as possible. Stated that many times. This vehicle does not support car play and the hands free options are a joke. Pretty much nonexistent. He knew that. Fast forward to service on my vehicle. It's always a nightmare. They must have a high turnover and little to no training. Took it in to get an oil change and the guy says "oh, there's a first ones free oil change on here but you've already had your first oil change". I'm just like "okay??" So he calls the other dude over (Jason) and Jason says "sometimes when people call to schedule they say they have a free oil change but they don't. So we can give you a coupon but we can't give you a free oil change". Like, in other words, you tried to lie to us but we caught you. It wasn't 'sometimes people call and THINK they have a free oil change but they have already used it' Like, I didn't ask for anything, not even a discount so whatever! Then had an issue with them saying that they're not even going to submit my broken latch to Nissan Warranty because they know it's not covered. Really??? "Well you obviously broke it" How is that obvious?? I was just opening the thing when it cracked. And in the end, I never even got the damn coupon! (I just wanted to get the hell out of there!) Hubler Nissan doesn't honor what they advertised. They advertised at car gurus a 2018 Pathfinder for $24,014 on 2/13/20. I spoke with their internet rep.and she validated the price with her GM, Jeremy Gaertner...she told me that they would honor the price. After I test drive the vehicle, the following day validated the price again personally with Jeremy Gaertner on his cell and he said that the price was placed in error but they honor it because I saw it on their website. So today I called to finalized the deal, like night and day, he flipped his answer on the cost of the vehicle. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND THIS GM HAS NO INTEGRITY. read more

Wow, lot of hating going on these reviews here, while I haven't purchased a car from them this is a review for the service dept. I've had a couple Nissans in my life, my latest is 4x4 frontier, that just happened to have shot leaf springs. My normal guys wouldn't touch it and sent me over to the dealership since I was also having some codes pop up that needed to be cleared, in the meantime clutch felt like it was slipping. Diagnosis: Bad. Transmission going out, ugh. Needed to be replaced along with a few other minor problems that needed to be cleared up. Long story short, my tech Chris kept me informed the entire way and gave me honest recommendations to resolve the situation. I wish we could give ZERO stars. On Friday July 29 my husband I visited this location to purchase a used Nissan Rogue. Our salesperson Dragon was great! We went on a test drive and were ready to talk about the price. There were some issues with the car which required us to negotiate the price-we were paying cash for the vehicle. We submitted a counter offer to the "manager". My husband and I are appalled at the level of disrespect and lack of customer service exhibited by the "manager". The "manager" essentially was yelling about us to the salesperson. We could hear everything considering it was an open area. Needless to say we were so offended we walked out before a confrontation began. Thank you Hubler Nissan because now we will never buy a vehicle from any of your locations. BUYER BEWARE!!! I was sold a 2010 Ford Escape and unbeknownst to me, it had been in a previous accident. 8 DAYS AFTER THE PURCHASE DATE the hood flew up on the highway causing significant damage to both the hood and the windshield. Since my car has a 3 year warranty, I took the car to the local Ford dealership here in Delaware where they informed me of previous damage to car. Two separate dealerships concluded the hood flew up as a result of damage sustained in the prior accident. When both my family, and the auto body shop spoke to Hubler Nissan's general manager Ken about the incident he was beyond rude. Not only was he not apologetic for selling me a vehicle with an issue, he went on to say this was not his problem and for us all to deal with it ourselves. The salesman who sold the car, Dennis Henson, was apologetic and beyond helpful in trying to help us resolve the issue while his superior Ken was the opposite. Huber can not pride themselves on good customer service when this is how they choose to respond to an issue of this magnitude. Ultimately, my family had to pay $2,059.20 to repair my car to allow for it to be driven back to Indiana. This is all within 30 days of sale!!!!! Before you buy a car from this dealership consider how they will respond to you if there is an issue. An attitude of "I don't care, not my problem" is disgusting in a field where customer service is a primary pillar. I am 100% dissatisfied with the car and my experience. Currently, the vehicle requires further repairs so this matter is still unresolved. Mind you, this is a 2010 Ford Escape for which we are paying well over $12,000. This is completely unacceptable. I bought a Maxima Nissan from them. Great Car, loves it, the staff absolutely were the worse. Well, approximately four years later I trade in my Nissan because I needed a SUV, contacted Hubler because I had GAP coverage, it's been seven months since I've gotten rid of the Nissan, I contacted Hubler in September of 2020. They told me I had to wait for the paperwork to state the car was paid off, okay, I waited, received paperwork, sent to Finance Manager, supposedly getting check. I waited nothing, contacted again, blamed Covid. Okay, I waited again, contact again, now the manager has a child tells me he will over night. This was on January 4th, today is January 14...still nothing and manager states on the fourth he was overnighting the check. Next stop, Nissan directly. Over it...seven months and still nothing. I bought the vehicle there replaced all the tires and they kept leaking air took it back was told I needed new tire stems and sensors I had them replaced they couldn't get them to reset had to take them to tire barn to have them do it, Tires still leaked I was told all tires lose air continued to put air in them and finally went back to be told the sensors were leaking but that it was out of their "warranty" so I would need to pay to have them replaced again tool them to Fire Stone they did not need replaced they were bad tire stems. I decided to test drive a Titan at Hubler. The salesman Andrew was great. He did not pressure me into doing anything that night. A few days went by and I decided I wanted a Titan. There was one in particular in Ohio. Andrew said he would match their deal. I thought it was great so I went into the dealership to have them look at my car and start doing paperwork and what do you know, they won't give me what they quoted over the phone for my trade or for the truck. All the sudden, rebates are gone and the payment went from $435 to $620 a month. Obviously, I was not going to take that deal. I called up Andy Mohr in Avon and, long story short, got a more loaded Titan with everything I could possible want for $425 a month and no money down. Today I texted Andrew and said I am starting to look at cars for my daughter. I was interested in test driving an Altima and getting the $50 Amazon gift card. His reply shocked me! He said to go to Andy Mohr and they will help me. I replied that my wife also really loves the truck and is considering getting an Armada in the spring. He does not want my business. How can he fault me for taking a deal that is $200 less per month for a better vehicle? I was wanting to go back to him because he seemed so nice but now Hubler has lost my business read more

We have bought multiple vehicles from Hubler Nissan. The last one was a Mercedes Benz SUV. The suv came with locking lug nuts and a key. I specifically asked the salesman if he had tested the key to make sure that it worked with the lug nuts and I was told yes. I took his word for it and didn't think about it again. Fast forward 6 months and now I need to replace the brakes. I can't get the lug nuts off because the key doesn't work. I contact Jeremy the used car sales manager and he proceeds to tell me that there is nothing that they can do because we purchased that car 6 months ago. The only thing that I am asking is if they can take the 4 locking lug nuts off. He refused to do it. I then took it around to multiple tire places and no one can do it. I then decided to stop by Hubler to see if there was anything that can be done because I have to change the breaks so that my wife is safe to drive it. As soon as I walk through the door Jeremy immediately gets an attitude and gets in my face. All I was doing was talking to him. He proceeded to tell me that I needed to leave and that he was calling the police. Hubler Nissan did absolutely nothing to help with this and I had to pay Mercedes to get the lug nuts off. I would not suggest buying anything from Hubler Nissan. They will lie to get you to buy a vehicle and then won't help you out after it is purchased. Not to mention that they put brand new tv screens in our suv and they only work every once in a while. We paid for them though. They won't take care of that either. This dealership lost my car, lied about it, a manager refused to communicate with us for 3 days when we only wanted to know if the car was ready to be towed off the lot to another shop, tried to cover up their mistakes with lies, then still charged us a service fee. Just spent $1300 to get a couple things fixed on a vehicle, one being replacement of the windshield wiper unit. Received the vehicle back (almost a week later then the estimated out time) with a cracked windshield. Let them know crack was not there when vehicle was dropped off (also no indication of windshield crack on their vehicle inspection paperwork). Was told manager checking the in and out cameras and there was no crack either time. What I got was 4 pictures (basically same set of pictures twice) shown to me. And now I get to spend more money repairing a windshield that they cracked. Will not do business here again and if asked will warn others to stay clear! read more

Transmission lost power. Was fixed and told it was a recall. Transmission lost power again. Hubler billed my warranty company $2800. Transmission lost power again. Exactly like the previous two times. Nissan refused to help and I had to replace transmission at a cost of $3800, $500 tow bill, rental, hotel bill etc. Dealer and Nissan/Renault have been absolutely terrible about addressing this recall item that they refuse to fix. read more

I leased a vehicle from them in 2016 the leasing process went really good. the salesman (Charles) was really nice and understanding. A year later i needed to get out of my leasing process and buy the car due to purchasing a home. I called to see what my options were and a person on the phone told me to come in and speak to a salesman he would be able to help me. i came in and spoke to an older gentleman, he was extremely rude and basically told me he could not help me at all and that i just needed to go basically. after a few more months i came back in and sat down with Dakota. he was super nice and really tried his best to get me what i needed. he was the only good thing about this entire process. i had to go over to the preowned section of the dealership to see what my options would be. The finance manager over on the preowned side (Kevin,Keith) was extremely rude he would not directly speak to us and would only pass messages through other people. I was scheduled a week in advance to come in and sign paperwork... none of the paperwork was ready to be signed the deal was not even in writing again we had to wait hours on the finance manager who was again horribly rude... for example my sales person was trying to get me free car washes which is something they always do.. and the finance guy literally yelled at him for even asking saying "they don't get anything at all we are making no money on this deal" which is so far from the truth. after the deal was processed.. it has now been over 45 days and i have not received any title work. i called yesterday to speak to someone about this mike smith. He told me he has no idea why i havent received it yet. he said that really weird. He then told me to call him tomorrow at ten am if i had not heard back from him. so i called and he was apparently busy and i was told they were leaving a message with him and he would call me back. he never did so i called again around 5 he was now gone for the day. then i was told that he would be off the next day so i wouldnt hear for him for a few days. This whole process has been extremely stressful and i would never buy a car from them or tell anyone i know to work with these people ever. They sold me a used Nissan Pathfinder that they knew had a bad transmission. I asked the salesman if there was anything mechanically wrong with this vehicle or if there were any recalls associated with this vehicle. He said "no". I asked him what the "whining" was I heard. "I don't know". Drove home, pulled out and saw a semi truck heading towards me. I stepped on it, transmission disingauged. I immediately took it to the dealership, they informed me that I needed a new transmission. $4,500.00. There were other body issues that I said I would take care of. Fixed the body. ( Car was hit on their lot. A Nissan person would have known the "whining" was a transmission bearing that they are known for. This vehicle is known for bad transmission. I didn't know anything about Nissan's. My first one. Salesman and sales manager stuck it to me. No One will return any of my messages or correspondence. Not Happy. My only experience is with their service center. I scheduled service with Hubler because they had the most competitive pricing compared to the other Nissan dealerships around. I live downtown so I had to travel about 30 min each way to get to the facility but a couple hundred dollars saved is worth it. I arrived for my appt, they checked me in and then I went to get the loaner car I requested. I specially asked prior to booking the appt to have a loaner so I could ensure I could get back to work. When I got to pick up the loaner they came back and told me that they actually couldn't fix my car because the machine they needed to fix my car was broken. I would understand and had rescheduled if I was called ahead of time instead of told after I drove 30 minutes during work to drop off my car. The woman that helped me (also the same person I booked the appt with) said there was nothing they could do. I asked if another Hubler dealership could take care of my car instead for the same price. She then proceeded to say that I was never given a price. Luckily I wrote down what she originally said and told her down to the cent what she quoted me. Apparently no other Hubler could take my car so I asked to just leave my car and I can take the loaner until they get my car fixed, whenever that would be. She then said she didn't have a loaner request on file for me and there were no cars available. I was extremely upset and finally after speaking with the manager I was given a loaner car and they did fix my car 5 days later for the price originally quoted. My car works well and the manager was very friendly, I would just never do business with this woman again. Not only was she subpar at her job but she also was rude and had 0 customer service skills. read more

This dealership is one of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with. The finance guy in the used car area lied to me and took my money. They made a promise to me that I would get my money back if I change my mind on the gap insurance and the warranty. He flat out told me I could pick my check up there at the dealership if I chose to cancel it. I called to get my money back then he called me back and says I'm sorry the money has to go to the bank not to mention now I have a higher payment and they are sending it to the bank. I forked out over $3000 to get this car with the promise that if I chose to cancel the insurance for the warranty and the gap insurance they would refund me the money and write me a check. They've been giving me the runaround for almost 2 months now. Now I have a higher payment.. THE DEALERSHIPS DEALINGS ARE DISHONEST AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.. . They are one of the worst I have ever dealt with. I should've stuck with Pearson Ford in Zionsville Indiana. The OWNER JOHN PEARSON took the time to call me and make things right. I WOULD RECCOMEND THAT YOU NEVER ever ever ever deal with anyone OR ANY HUBLER DEALIRSHIP in any OF THEIR other dealerships because if this is how they operate one I guarantee this is how they operate ALL THE REST. I WONDER IF MR. HUBLER IS AWARE OF THE DEALINGS OF WHAT GOES ON IN HIS DEALERSHIPS I WONDER IF MR. HUBLER WILL CALL. you himself and try to make this right. I have never ever ever had someone flat out lied to my face well actually that's not true they actually charge me more for the car than what was told to me originally. They tacked on the extra $300. Just for the record this is the second vehicle I have purchased from this Dealership. On 10/21/2019 I took my vehicle to Hubler Nissan. I had my vehicle there before for the first 5000 mile service on 09/30/2019. At this time they changed the oil, checked and TOPPED off all fluids, checked the tires, brakes, etc. When I arrived on 09/30/2019 I mentioned to the person at the service desk (Jonathan) that the fluid level in the coolant was at the minimum. Jonathan assured me it would be topped off. On Sunday 10/20/2019 I was cleaning my vehicle and raised the hood to wipe and clean under the hood. I noticed the coolant level was exactly the same level it was prior to the service. When I went back on 10/21/2019 and told Jonathan about this and showed him on my service ticket where it said "all fluids topped off" he explained to me that the coolant was supposed to be at the minimum level so that when the car was running it gave room for expansion. I ask Jonathan what the MAX level on the coolant container was for. He said just so the coolant is not over filled. Sorry, but wrong answer Jonathan (read the manual). I ask for the coolant to be filled properly as stated on the service ticket and in the manual. Jonathan then ask if I had an appointment and I said, "no but I did have an appointment on 09/30/2019". Jonathan then told me it would be at least two (2) hours before they would be able to take it back. Once again Jonathan, wrong answer. I told him I would appreciate him getting someone to take the vehicle back promptly, get the coolant filled and bring it back to me that I didn't feel like it was necessary for me to wait two (2) hours. Jonathan got the message and had a person come take the vehicle back and it took them ten (10) minutes. I tried to explain to Jonathan that when you tell someone something is done and it isn't done that betrays your trust in that company. I do not live in Greenwood and drive thirty (30) minutes to go to that Dealership. I have not had bad service in the past. However I do feel like the Dealership is failing with employees like Jonathan that will tell you a bold face lie. Not only that Jonathan has not knowledge of the vehicles and has no idea what he is talking about. I was Promised a new battery for a potential cash purchase. We tested the old battery and saw that it was bad, told them I'd be back the next day. Came in the next day, and the manager who wasn't present the day before, said that wasn't happening, and that the battery tested fine today. So you charged it! That only fixes the problem for a day or so. Terrible customer service, completely devoid of a helpful attitude or atmosphere. Buy at your own risk, if the can't afford to put a new battery in they can't afford squat. In a perfect world you will find a better vehicle that you can actually drive home! :( read more

Avoid these liars at all cost ! Short story: I test drove a car on a Monday and scheduled a follow up visit that weekend. Sam George from Nissan Hubler both called and texted me that Saturday to make sure I was coming to the dealership (a 30 minute drive from my home). Once I arrive, Sam informed me that the car I was there to look at had been sold ! Sam was presumably so focused in getting me to the dealership that he never bothered to check its availability. Or if you are more cynical, he knew the car had been sold had me drive to the dealership in hopes of selling me a different car. Either way, all of the "similar" cars he suggested were more expensive and/or had higher mileage. What a waste of time. Blew out a sidewall on a tire with 100 miles on it. Came in at the designated appointment time. Three hours later, I'm still here. There was no other damage to the wheel or the car. The absolute lack of concern for a customers time is unacceptable. Cheap Starbucks and nutri grain cereal bars doesn't even come close to making up for it. read more

Bought a used car, and noticed a problem with the screws around the license plates. Asked them to fix it and they said they would. When I went to get other small problems with the car fixed, they told me they would no longer do it for free as per our agreement because an employee "failed to write it down". They tried to tell me it would cost well more than normal pricing for a simple fix. Just be sure everything is in writing and in agreement before signing. read more

I was sent a coupon for a free oil change, and they seemed to do that very well. When I arrived, however, the service manager informed me that I would be expected to go on a test drive with a sales person. I went back and read the letter later, and there was nothing in the letter that indicated that as an expectation unless it was buried in the fine print on the back. It was ok, however, as I was thinking about replacing one of my cars. I just it had been my choice. read more

I got hired on today and man let me tell you these folks are the most unprofessional money driven people ever and it needs to be fixed ASAP. I started today and quit today. I had been with my company for 5 years previously so I believe in longevity. These folks don't know how to speak to employees. They told me to shut up and mind my business. while I was doing a sale the guy rudely interrupted me and told me to shut up and let him speak when it wasn't his sale. Not only after that Kenn should be fired or have to take a manger etiquette class. He has no idea to speak to folks and has no sense of culture awareness . I felt really awkward and out of place there. I was rudely spoken too on several occasion. I wouldn't dare buy a car from them folks they are not honest at all and only care for themselve. I take it very seriously that I'm about to place a negative review regarding a business but I am compelled to let others know of my very disappointing experience. I purchased an expensive Nissan from this dealer, I didn't realize until the next day that I was misled in the purchase. I blamed myself for not being more thorough and the effects of being in a recent accident. I thought I would give them a second chance to redeem themselves by using their service department for a simple oil change and to review a few items that failed to work since I purchased the car. The bad service, the lack of communication, the lies and generally the feeling that you are being ripped off continued. They have zero customer service, they do not want to take responsibility for anything and do not make any attempts to find a resolution. Please please there are so many dealers out there, do your research and find one that has credibility, morals, honesty and decency because trust me you will not find it there! read more
