I chose the hot & spicy that was thin and mild; my wife chose the "Bama sauce", a white vinegar & salad dressing sauce that was good. I chose the Brussels sprouts hash and warm German potato salad that were both delicious, and my favorite menu items overall! I was surprised to see the brisket in a foil-wrapped packet next to the bun thinking that this method kept the meat hot, but when I opened the packet, the meat was not hot, but nicely smoked. The brisket was unusually cut into pellet- sized pieces that were slightly dry, under seasoned, and undercooked to my liking, and kept falling out of the bun.
