Do not order here if you want the right food or cooked food. I ordered online. Hashbrowns undercooked and wrong. Both had onions and peppers and one was not supposed to. Missing bacon. Undercooked waffles. You can see the clear difference. Supposed to have 6 pieces of bacon. 3 came. I showed her. I go in there and the waitress was snotty and didn't even go get the manager. Turns out just 3 people work there. A waitress, an incompetent cook, and the "manager" I had to stop the manager and she is a HUGE b*tch. She scolded me like a child bc I was upset she wasted my time and money HELLOO NO. I have a right to be angry. Maybe people wouldn't yell at you if you hired people and paid them right. She smarted off "you want to come do it" I said I do I manage 20 people and I take upset people with a smile when it's their fault because it's OUR FAULT. And I correct it. She said she'd have him refix it. Yeah probably spit in our food. If he can't read a receipt right and actually cook potatoes?? When I pay money I expect WHAT I PAID FOR. Literally have glossed over hashbrowns before jbc I don't want to deal with her. But this was too much. $40 for almost an entire meal inedible. No bacon, wrong hashbrowns, only pancakes. Then they cannot give your money back at the store. You call and they have to place a complaint and you get a call 3-4 days later and MAYBE you get a refund. Place is a total sh*thole. Don't do it. The staff is combative, no interest in service, and literally will scold you like a child bc they can't be grown adults and be accountable for their mistakes. read more

I wish I could give this review less that one star. Sherlon, the manager and family working was so unprofessional. She was taking other tables orders when we had been there way before them. We hadn't even gotten our drinks yet. We let her know our concern and she decided to start arguing with us in front of everybody. The entire team started arguing with us, so we decided to leave. Terrible service all across the board and will not be going back. We have been there on several occasions that the law has been called bc mgr doesn't know how to handle professionally a customer complaint when taking 2+hrs for breakfast food which is the fastest food to prepare. read more

Terrible service. Three tables served before us (they arrived after us). After one hour, we received food (they didnt bring what I ordered). Biscuits and gravy were cold and when they finally returned with corrected order, one egg was missing and they were not cooked correctly. This place when it first open was good. Well it's not anymore. The service is terrible when the waitress comes by your table and you have to beg for more tea. This hasn't happen just once but the last 2-3 times I've been there. But I don't have to worry about that any more because I want be back. People were not wearing hair nets or gloves, I mentioned this to the manager and she replied in a condescending manner asking if I was from the board of health. The ? Female cook/waitress was loud and vulgar constantly voicing her displeasure about things. The food was mediocre at best The atmosphere was negatively charged , and things weren't clean. The place, the food and the diner was not acceptable and had it been during normal business I would have called the board of health and asked for an inspection. Deserves a negative rating. Initial service time was horrible. She took our drink and food order together. There was three of us. She totally forgot the 3rd persons order, brought our food out and then he had to wait for her to even put his order in. When he does finally get his food his hashbrowns are burned and uneatable the waitress even comments on how burned they are yet does nothing about it. The waffles might as well be crackers, I don't think I have ever had such poor food and service. The bacon was barely cooked. They offered nothing to make up for him having to wait longer on his food. Really disappointed. Didn't go with high hopes but only breakfast available. The food wasn't terrible per say but waitress didn't know if they had most items and took awhile. I asked my co-workers if it was normal for HH to take 20 minutes to serve a simple breakfast and they all replied that 20 minutes is on a good day! No offense to any particular individuals, but all the employees kinda looked like meth heads. One would think that would make them a bit faster. read more

Do you need a restaurant that is open 24 hours? Need a restaurant that serves breakfast or burgers any time of day? Want charming waitresses to take your order, make sure you have refills, and give your check before you go? Need ample cooks that grill, scramble, sizzle foods to satisfy your palette? How about a cashier that can break out the trusty pencil and paper when the cash register is on the fritz? Or how about competent, knowledgeable, and courteous employees? If you want all this and more then you're in luck! Any OTHER restaurant would serve you better than this sad, deplorable, detestable, untrained, unskilled, disappointing, sub-par, distracted, excuse making, unforgivable place of business. My advice?
