We tried to meet them on site, and they came early and were gone by the time we got there. They never return phone calls, and don't send out invoices in a timely manner. We were supposed to have a walk through on the system once completed, and it never happened, even though we tried to set it up and called to ask about it. The girl in the office is nice and took our name and number, but we never got a call back - about anything.

It got fixed, after weeks of me calling and leaving messages. The work was very well done, but apparently they lose voice messages regularly. This year, my pump quit. Luckily, I have Aqua for the house, because weeks of calling finally got them to come out and check it. Then it took weeks to get an estimate for a new pump. I approved it, but then silence. More weeks of calling, then my last message saying never mind. I hope everything is alright with them, but I had to move on.

Subsequently I must now replace my washer; dishwasher; four toilets; shower heads; kitchen and bathroom faucets and drainage parts. The equipment is still under warranty. Employees and the owner came out and informed me that the equipment was working correctly although there was clearly a problem with the water quality. (See attached pictures.. I also have videos of sane coming out of the faucets. )Prior to replacement I emailed Jackson Well asking if they would at least buy back the equipment so I can use the money toward the purchase of new equipment. They did not respond.  I had a more reputable company to replace all of the equipment. They found that the filter had been incorrectly installed. The filter media was flowing in the wrong direction causing the media to harden at the top.The sand filter simply didn't work. I asked the other company to leave it behind. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will also file with the Attorney General.

Covid delayed them by a year; understandable perhaps, but since it was outdoors, I don't see what…read morethat difference that would make since it is outside. Apparently Sam Brown, the father was ill, which I am sorry for. But it took an extra year. Then I started calliing to get the pressure tank delivered - about $1800. i wanted to see how it would be placed so I could protect it once it was down. I emailed Sam and his son, I texted, I called many, many times with no answer. Sam finally answered one day and said he was better but there was a medical crisis (maybe his son; I don't recall). He said he would go look. This was about a month ago or a bit longer. He told me he would call me within 2 days, but he didn't. I finally reached him and he said that someone had stolen it. As he was not even working during that time and now there is another medical crisis, I don't believe him. My gate is always locked and the goes back about 1200 feet before you get to where the well is. I had plenty of other things people could steal if they wanted to...and nothing else was taken. There were cows, and since I hadn't built the well house, the pipes were broken off the well, which I am happy to replace, and am replacing. He said the pad was there. Well when I checked, there was a cheap piece of plastic with no indentation on it, no indentation on the ground. It was NEVER there. We got out there regularly and no one came in there and took a pressure tank! It is absurd. I was never notified that they would deliver it (I specfically askee to be notified so I would be there when it was delivered). No one had answered my phone calls or emails. I finally told him, after he said would call and didn't that I would talk to an attorney, so now I have no recourse, as he is threatening to block me because I call and text and email, but he doesn't keep his word! THE LOCAL WHO REFERRED HIM APOLOGIZED! He said he doens't know why he did it and he should have referred Jackson's. If you want delay, no communication, etc, go ahead and use them, but I heartily discourage you. I will be happy to take this down if I get my pressure tank, or proof that it was delivered....like a photo of it on my properlty easily taking by a phone.

After signing a contract and paying a deposit, we were told the well would take approximately 30…read moredays. After payment, communication dropped off and I had to repeatedly chase the company for basic information and updates. Only after continued follow-ups did they begin calling weekly; however, Matt still refused to provide any timeline for when drilling would start. He later stated that the 30-day timeframe was only said verbally and was "a wish," not a commitment, despite it being the basis on which we agreed to move forward. The permit was allegedly approved, yet there has been no mobilization, no start date, and no accountability. Accepting a deposit, providing an estimated timeframe, and then dismissing it afterward while refusing to give a schedule is extremely unprofessional. Based on our experience, we would not recommend proceeding without clear, written timelines and firm commitments.

I was able to tell them what my problem was and schedule an appointment for the very next morning. Thankfully I got off with a filter change for now, but I'm going to need a new well and I'm going to have C&S drill it. They were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone having issues with their water well.

I am a mechanical engineer so know more…read morethan the average bear about electricity, circuits, motors, pumps, etc. I told Jimmy what I had already tried (verifying electricity at well head control bos, capacitors start and clhecked out ok, etc.) He suggested trying one other thing which I did not know about and I'll try that tomorrow. But, to the point. He was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and more than willing to help me solve the problem without trying to sell me anything.
