These guys are wizards! I got a flat tire past 10 pm driving on South 75. AAA came and put a spare…read moretire, explaining to me that I can't drive on it more than 25 miles. Additionally, they said the rim was bent, so a simple permanent tire replacement could not fix it even if I could find one. And I was still 400 miles away from my destination, and I absolutely had to be at that destination the next day by no later than 12:30 pm due to family reasons. I was scrambling between driving to Cincinnati airport (30 miles back) renting a car there--with the earliest rental not available until 6:30 am (so I would be late), or waiting until the repair shops open in the morning and replace the wheel (if they have it) and the tire, which would definitely make me even more late. The AAA advised me the G&G's Towing and Repair, gave me their number, and I called without much hope--first, because it was already about midnight by that time, second, because I thought a new wheel was required besides a new tire. The guys picked up, they were extremely busy that night but were able to come to me within 20 minutes (I drove to the closest gas station by that time), took a look at the wheel and said that, while they do not have the correct wheel, they might be able to repair the bend, and they do have the correct tire. They took my wheel saying they'll be back in about an hour as they had two more calls, and, indeed, within less than an hour they came back with the repaired wheel and a new tire on it! That was a miracle. I only wish I knew about them beforehand and did not spend time (and money) on the AAA! What amazed me even more--the fee G&G's took was similar to the cost or a simple tire repair I had back in 2016, without any additional wheel work and perfectly during business hours! G&G's were the only company in the area, and did quite a bit of work--they could have charged me anything and I would have still paid as I had no choice, I really had to be at my destination. But they did not. I cannot express how grateful I am to this company. Thank you, guys, that you exist! PS Wanted to add that I had my regular car maintenance coming back from that trip one week later and driving over a thousand miles total on that repaired wheel, and asked the dealership to check if anything needs to be repaired or the wheel replaced due to that flat tire incident. They checked and said the wheel G&G's repaired is perfectly good, no replacement needed.

I am truly grateful for these guys!…read more Imagine this: you're a thousand miles away from home and your car gets totaled on Interstate 71 on a 90*F summer afternoon and you have your whole family in the car including a 6-month old baby and your two dogs. Thank God everyone is ok, well except your brand new car! We needed to get it and us to safety! The owner arrived minutes after the accident, even before the police, assessed the situation and called in the proper reinforcements who showed up shortly after. These guys worked fast to get us off the highway and out of harm's way. Our whole family piled in the tow truck and Bill, who made safe arrangements for our babies in the truck, drove us to three different hotels until we found one with availability. He even talked to the hotel managers personally to get us a discounted rate (gotta love small towns!). Bill stayed with my family to make sure we had everything we needed. I felt terrible for all the inconvenience we caused Bill but he was kind and sweet and told us stories of growing up in his home town of Carrollton and about his cute Husky dog. I cannot tell you how much that helped me. I was so shaken up about the accident that I could barely think straight. I was scared and shaking and wasn't even very nice to Bill when I first met him. He was so kind and respectful. The stories helped to relax me! He explained everything, made accommodations and literally treated us like he would have treated his own family! It would've taken a few more minutes to get to the repair shop so I saw some police cars and semi trucks and thought whatever this is has AC so I pulled in and got her inside and OMG it was better than an ER!! The lady could not have been quicker to set my mom down in the chair, took off her sandals got her some wet paper towels and put them on her neck, feet, underarms, got her water and some peanut butter crackers all while the towing guys tried to see what was wrong with my AC! She even sent us with extra bottled water and wouldn't take a dime!! They all could not have been more hospitable or helpful at Coomer's Towing and Recovery!! The guys figured out what was wrong with my AC but just didn't have the parts to fix it. I am so grateful we happened upon this place in this situation! Thank you!!
