Moving from New York to San Francisco - it's over a month and no sign of our stuff. The phone doesn't answer. The "tracking" function simply sends me an empty email or else the following: "I would like to inform you that your shipment is still in our warehouse and we will contact you as soon as it will be released." I have no way of getting of finding my stuff. I paid the whole amount up front, and I guess that was my mistake. I suppose that my stuff is lost, but I have no way of finding out.

They have us in writing a written quote as we moved our life and all our belongings to California. They originally guarantee a 7 day notice window to deliver your stuff, then I get a call on Saturday night that they are coming Sunday with no notice, and that was the beginning of the worst to come. They would not accommodate coming on Monday unless I paid an additional $1,000.00 after 19 plus text messages from the so called owner they agreed to deliver on Monday and sent me a final balance so I can have a certified check ready. When the truck arrived on Monday they changed the balance again and threatened to not give us our belongings unless we paid another $500.00 Under distress I agreed to pay the $500.00 on credit card which the owner swore hen would refund but never did. They clearly take advantage of people during a stressful time in our life as we have so many things to handle your not prepared to be ripped off by people who are holding your life belongings hostage. I took the time to write this review so other don't go through the same experience.

Some years back I had to put an apartment full of stuff (including several hundred books) into storage, pronto, and a friend who kept some of her belongings there suggested Vernon, for which I am extremely grateful. The storage units are large and secure, and I was able to fit everything into one unit. It was just about the only thing that worked well at a crummy time. I've kept the unit for the past four years, with no problems at all. The rates are great and the people who work there are really nice and friendly. It's month-to-month, so at some point when I need all that stuff again, I can go and get it, without breaking a contract and paying a fee. That's handy, too.

Like I said in the previous review; it's like they were moving their own furniture. One of their truck's is across the street, moving someone out of the complex. It's not unusual to see someone moving; most of the time it's with U-Haul. I'm watching the movers bringing the people's furniture out of the building. Everything seems to be wrapped in plastic to keep it from getting wet and damaged. The guys are working fast. I don't know the family. I do know they'll be happy with the service they get from Triangle Movers. I hope they do a Yelp review.
