Seeing that I've written a review before & after reading it I realized it was for the Vegas store.....oops! I stopped in here on 12/29/2025 to browse & ended up buying a Boston sweatshirt. It's sad to see that their sweatshirts are made with a thinner material & not as thick as they've been in the past. Most everything is over priced in here. Staff members (older male & female) were not friendly @ all. Neither greeted any customer's including myself while I was in here & then they were blocking a walkway while the guy was loading books on the shelf & the lady was watching him. Need a water? Or perhaps some other sundry items? This place is convenient, and water only costs $5.00!!! We try to bring our own bottle these days, as all airport vendors charge egregious prices! Hudson News is attempting to use self checkout at some of their locations. That should lower their costs, so next time, maybe a bottle will only cost $4.99!! read more

The Hudson stores are all over the airport. They sell snacks and clothes. Their deal is 2 shirts for $35. Or you can buy 1 shirt for $20. I liked the colors, but the material is pretty thin and low quality so you would probably wear it when it's not too cold. Unfortunately you also can't keep the hangers. They also charge extra for bags. There is a self checkout counter with someone watching you check out. read more

A good location for snacks! They have large baggage of dirty chips for sale. Plus, they have sun chips and Lays chips for $2.59 a bag. The display is really tidy and neat. The cashier wasn't the friendlies, she even charged us a nickel for a shopping bag. read more

I'm at Boston Logan terminal B at gate 34. I went to buy a seltzer. The girl working was sitting on a ledge near the ground on her phone. I walked around to see if someone was working. In addition to reading materials - it's got a lot of your small convenience store goods: toiletries, snacks, sodas, and bottled water. After having to dispose of my bottled water coming though Security - this is my go-to restocking point for more bottled water! read more

I usually get magnets from Hudson News locations in the airports during my travels. This time around, I was in dire need of finding some closed-toed slippers to wear on the plane since Jet Blue's buddy pass policy apparently doesn't allow travelers to wear flip flops & I had to get special approval from the pilot on the previous leg of my flight. I visited 4 stores & the massage parlor to see if anyone had slippers for sale, before finally finding what I needed at this Hudson News store in Terminal C of Boston International Airport. I found a really comfy $10 pair of black slippers right on the front table. Woohoo! Success! Best Hudson News in the airport! read more

I asked if they had any gun magazines for my flight going back to Phoenix and she said why do you need that? Maybe I want to learn more about guns? Maybe I want to learn about the latest and greatest technology. On the wall was a TV blasting CNN and amazing over to the side with Hillary on the front of it. Guess I'm never shopping at Hudson News again I stopped in to get a Mountain Dew which they didn't have so as any Mountain Dew drinker would do, I want to go for a dr. Stopped to buy a t-shirt. Clerk adjusting merchandise displays so I went to the self-checkout. Realized I was juggling purse, carry-on, jacket, etc. so moved over to cash register. Clerk looked at me and told me to use self-checkout. Told her too much stuff, she reluctantly rang up purchase and as she did so muttered "or you don't know how to use it." Didn't even give me a bag. Go to New England Collections right next door. Great service! read more

What a handy little airport shop with reasonable prices and a great variety of snacks and on board entertainment. They offer a nice array of snacks in ideal sizes for your plane flight as well...especially since airlines do not even offer chips anymore during a long flight and most folks forget to bring something to munch during flights. read more

Hudson News is an East Coast chain (despite the fact I saw a Hudson News delivery van at SFO) They have the usual- souvenirs, snacks, magazines, some books. They had friendly customer service, and I got some much needed change for the ride back. They have whimsical Boston&Massachusetts-themed souvenirs. One can read up on celebrity news while waiting for your flight. A pleasant little spot. read more

This place is Horrible!! Staff here name Dorothy Gadsu, has horrible attitude, so does the manager Mohd Salim. They keep saying "I do not want to argue with you" and keep increasing their voice and giving me the annoying look. I just a customer want to return my pillow. They were not let me return it even with my receipt. After call Hudson News' 800 number, customer service said they will take care of it, and let me left the pillow in the store, god know if they gonna refund it or not. read more

This store charged me $3.49 for a 59ml hand sanitizer that's labeled $2.49.. they did not apologize for the mistake but insist that it is priced $3.49 in the system. I bought this same item at the airport a few times and it's always around $2.. they did the refund at the end by keeping me waiting for their manager to come. I became a fan of Hudson last Sunday when I was in their store at Terminal C. I bought a book and something to drink, was out of there in about 30 seconds, and then realized I was on the wrong side of security with a new drink in my hand. The problem is that I do this too much and it's almost automatic, except that I got it wrong. Anyway, I went back to the cashier just seconds after I left, explained the problem, and she took back the drink and gave me a note to give to the Hudson people on the other side of security. I ran the security gauntlet, went to the other Hudson counter to discover that the cashier had called them to make sure it would be okay, picked up an identical drink, and was on my way. I want to mention the cashier by name to say thanks, but I'm not going to in case she violated some policy. So I'm just going to give them a good review. read more

KUDOS to Sharon Quinn!!! Not just a great employee but an amazing human being!!! My husband lost his credit card in store 00380, I believe Terminal B on Friday night. I called the store on Saturday and spoke with the woman who answered the phone, that being SHARON QUINN. Unfortunately, she explained it had not been turned in. I thought this was the end of the story.... but no! She asked for my phone number and said she would make some calls to try to find out if it had been turned in somewhere else! Shortly after, she called me to give me the bad news, it had not. However, she said she would check again the following day (Sunday) and call me with her findings. Sure enough I got a call Sunday... Sharon had the card!! Someone had turned in!!! (Thank-you to that person as well!) Now, comes the best part... I live over an hour away from the airport so I asked her if there was anyway someone could mail it to me, Sharon then told me SHE would go to the post office on Monday, after work, on her own time to mail me the card! I couldn't believe it!!! It gets even better... I then asked her for a HUGE favor - I asked her if she would send it overnight, express to me so that I could get it to my husband asap. I told her I'd re-imburse her the $$ and to please trust me, a complete stranger! Her response..."Sure. Don't worry about the money. I will go to the post office right after I get off work & will call you once it's done." CAN YOU BELIEVE THE KINDNESS?????? I was practically in tears over her willingness to help and trust a complete stranger! Hudson News your are one lucky company to employe such an amazing person working within your orgnization! I truly hope she is appreciated for her dedication to your customers. Talk about "customer service"... SHARON QUINN IS THE ULTIMATE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Beyond that, her kindness and willingness to help another person in need is something that we just don't see enough of anymore. I just went to Hudson News at Logan airport in Boston. I asked if they had peanut brittle and was told yes, but neither employee made the slightest effort to help me. I couldn't find the item so I left. There were no other customers so it is not like the employees were busy. This store is in the same terminal as Alaska Airlines. read more

Michael Levy, Senior VP and Chief Merchandising Officer for Hudson News Co Inc., is the epitome of the very finest in customer service. I wanted to know if one of the many stores he is responsible for, Hudson News in LAX Terminal 7, carried one certain type of baseball cap. Mr. Levy responded immediately to my email and confirmed that the store does have that cap in stock. Since my brother is flying out of LAX today and wanted to pick one up on his way out, I really appreciated that Mr. Levy took the time to check and get back to me so quickly about this one item in one store.
