    I would give no star if possible. Hudson news is the worst. I tried to return something my mom bought like five minutes ago. My mom didn't know English, so she made the wrong purchase. They wouldn't let me return anything. Nothing was opened or used. You can see from the receipt that some stuff were not on sale. But the supervisor insisted that everything was on sale and wouldn't do anything about it and not even for exchange. Worst attitude, worst store. Terrible supervisor! Never ever going to shop there and I'll spread the word in china!

If you missed out on that little tourist knickknack gotta have that fridge magnet. This is your place. They also have the usual airport selection of snacks and water and other assorted beverages. The cool factor is the back third of the store. Looks like that outside of a subway car with the appropriate terminal stations to match. EDIT: I revised the 4 star to 5. Why? Because after checking out all the offerings in Terminal 5, They actually had reasonable prices (Yes still airport crazy) on water. A bottle of sparkling water was $2 verses almost 4 at other places.

I just needed some medications so I could drive home safely. Dwight, the owner, was ringing people out and when I reached down for my bag it was missing. My heart sank and I realized someone must have grabbed it while I was trying to pick out my items. I ask Dwight for help but all he kept saying was "you have to pay!" Yes Dwight, I know how money works. I was simply asking for help finding my bag which had my phone, wallet, and keys in it so I COULD pay him. He continued to accost me when I was simply asking for help, and if he saw anyone take my bag. He was completely unconcerned, I was very sick and started to panic, begging the man for help to be pointed in the right direction. He starts accusing me of stealing, and tells all the other customers the same. I ask again, can you please just help me find lost and found? Or maybe even point me in the direction of Port Authority, since that could be a major security risk. At this point I can't even leave the terminal without my wallet, my keys to drive, or my phone to order an uber, and I can't find anyone to help me. All the desks were empty and Dwight was quite literally the last person who I could turn to on a busy Monday morning. Instead of helping he berated me to his own customers, called port authority on me, and told them to arrest me. I literally just wanted some help finding a bag with all my essentials, when I asked for lost and found he said "so you can steal from them too not just me?". At this point I start crying and begging for help while he yells at me so loud the whole terminal could hear. I go over to the next shop over that is women owned, hoping they would have more compassion. Instead she was apparently friends with Dwight and she kept asking in a condescending tone "are you ok" while accosting me that I had to pay. Again, I know how money works and was simply asking for their help on where to go to report my bag missing. Her and Dwight eventually ganged up on fme to the point I left the airport in tears, no bag, no phone, no keys. On my way a flight attendant saw how distressed I was, that my voice was raw from the altitude change, and that I clearly just needed a little help. I shudder to think what these two shop owners would do to someone with a disability or a child who was lost. I am so disgusted I am never using terminal 5 again, and I highly encourage anyone else considering giving money to these 2 shops not to bother. I ended up going to urgent care after the attendant helped me, and they said the brain fog and difficulty talking was from the altitude changes and could have gotten more severe if I had not gotten medical attention. Had Dwight just been empathetic about more than the $6 I wanted desperately to pay him I could have gotten treatment earlier. The nurses were floored when I told them I knew I had a problem when my voice was cracking but Dwight just wanted me arrested for daring to ask him for help. I reported to JetBlue and JFK but I am now a LaGurdia and United Customer. I will not be paying money for Dwight to verbally harass vulnerable customers without an ounce of patience or compassion. Blatant cowards. They then flatly refused to provide the name of the so-called 'pharmacist' or any of the dispensing staff on duty. These cowards actively hide behind anonymity because they know exactly how negligent and unprofessional their behavior was and are terrified of facing any consequences for their denial of care. If necessary, demand a full corporate compliance audit complete with employee login logs, transaction timestamps, and surveillance footage from that shift so these faceless hacks can finally be identified and held accountable for their pathetic display of incompetence. Luckily there is a drunk that hangs outside the store named Benjamin, often providing interesting stories. If you don't mind the smell, he's quite the riot. Update. Benjamin is not a drunk. Keep in mind this rating is for the pharmacy not the grab and go store experience. On this particular evening l, I can see 8 active pharmacy/ techs working the general rx pick up area. On average, each patron was spending about 10-15 mins troubleshooting a pickup. Why??? Overall, it took me 47 mins to get to the counter and even then, something their robo call said was ready, still took me another 17 mins. Just about all the patrons could be heard engaging with them about access to either the proper pricing or item. I don't get it. I had a scheduled colonoscopy. My Dr office called in the solution on Monday. They told me it would be ready Thursday at 8 AM. I go to pick it 8 PM, just to be sure. Not only is it not ready, they're then communicating that I have to wait for it. 40 mins later is when I received it. Honestly, at some point we have to be more demanding about the businesses operate in our neighborhoods. This is ridiculous! Personally, they'll never get the pleasure of my business moving forward. As far as I'm concerned, we can close it and bring another merchant. Absolute trash.
