Do was as advertised on their website as $15 per dog with towels, shampoo and conditioner all included. The newly installed sprayer for the water was very poor in water volume, it the manager informed me before I purchased and she also told me that replacements had been ordered. The wash area while "open air" to the store, it is cordoned off with an ample space to work. There are two wash basins. The store does advertise that the dryers provided blow only room temperature air. I get it such that dogs aren't harmed by hot blowers but conversely they don't have enough air volume to really be effective. Bottom line I would give this 4/5 stars and I would return here for this service and pet supplies in general.

The staff are always super helpful and are understanding of the ups and downs of owning pets. My cat will only eat 2 flavours of this one brand of food and they always seem to have the minced kind she likes. they also gave me great advice on stimulation toys for my two cats. When I let them know that the issues weren't resolved even with a new carrier they were happy to give me a refund on it. That day I had a trip planned to the USA that evening, and I was counting on taking my dog with us already with its hair cut. Well, the manager on duty that day had to request and approve overtime for the employee to try to solve my problem and cut the dog's hair later before the store closed. Because of that, my dog was locked up for approximately 6 hours at PetSmart without food and completely traumatized from being away from its owners for so long. I was very frustrated and disappointed with all of this, besides the fact that the dog's haircut ended up full of imperfections with several waves across the body, and in the end, they still charged me the full price and I had to ask for a discount. I will never go back!!!

We did not pick up said calls as it registered as spam and they did not bother to text or email DESPITE HAVING ALL OUR CONTACT INFORMATION. We put our cat through unnecessary stress in a carrier on the bus to PetSmart only to be turned away. Now we still have a stinky cat, and now a stressed one at that. Thanks so much!!! The site needs to be updated if groomers are unavailable, don't let people make bookings on those times and then barely try to contact us back. If you call someone to cancel and they don't pick up, here's a hint: TEXT. EMAIL. VOICEMAIL.

They realize customers don't want to be pestered every 2 mins "do you need help" they are always helpful when asked and if we as shoppers need help we know where to find them. At cash) MARINE staff literally run to you and ask if you need help within like 90 seconds of stepping into the store and of course first thing you'll say is no thanks I'm good. Marine offers treats but asks me first. Gilley doesn't. Doesn't matter. My dog is so spoiled I don't approve of most treats unless it's single ingredient etc. I will point out the sales girl at gilley not only didn't upsell me. She tried repeatedly to talk me out of buying the larger size bag of freeze dried nuggets to the point I was a tad offended and irked by it. She needs training. Customer wants to buy largest bag. And you tell her you should really get the smaller bag first if it's your first time. Just to see if she likes it. No I'm fine. If she doesn't I'll just donate it. But that one costs more if she doesn't like it you should start with the smaller bag. But if she likes it then I end up spending more and I'm relatively sure she will eat it. Okay but if she doesn't like it you can't return it. (Which I pointed out at checkout to another staff and she assured me she must be mistaken it's the freezer ones that aren't returnable) either way. She needs some training

She spotted it right away but I had to shoo her away until I took a photo...she then licked a hole in the icing...lol Our neighborhood crows attended this birthday celebration as well and although Tobee wasn't so happy sharing her cake, the crows loved it as well...in all, we are very pleased with the cake, the communication and the service.
