Of course I apologized for interrupting her, and quietly exited. I'll say it again: I don't expect much, but basic human decency is lacking here. Do they seek out the worst? Do they train them to be miserable? Do they dock their salaries if they smile or are simply polite? All of the above? I don't know the answer, but I do know that I'll not be returning.
