IF possible to put 0 stars I would. Very rude staff and unwilling to work with people on common sense issues. Trying to charge crazy amounts of postage for envelopes containing 1 baseball card inside. There inconsistent on what mail is delivered and what's held for more money. When speaking to staff they were condescending and rude. They explained because couldn't bend the envelope enough, that is why they need more money. If you have a choice, I would use a different post office. Staff said other post offices just don't catch letters that go through? However for months I had NO issues and now in last 3 weeks they are asking for more money every other day. Seems bit fishy!! Use others if possible. read more

The Hudson PO staff is fantastic too to bottom! My carrier, Sara, is always friendly, loves my dog, and delivers a ton of heavy packages to my front door nearly daily. Victoria, at the counter, is a wizard! She found a very expensive package I had sent out about 6 months ago that had been MIA and all over the country, unable to be tracked down by multiple employees at multiple POs. She and all the other staff are friendly, fast, professional, and efficient. read more

I would leave 0 stars if that was an option. A business with the name "postal service" in it that doesn't deliver packages due to it being cold outside. The fact I have to go get packages days late because you don't want to "risk your lives" by getting out of your vehicle in the winter baffles me. Take notes from UPS or FedEx.... or any other company. They actually do what they are paid for. The address on the package is where it goes. You guys just get it close or lose it. I went to mail a letter the other day. I realized the envelope wouldn't close so I asked for tape. The worker, Victoria , said sarcastically, "Sweetheart, this has to be sealed..." no kidding, that's why I'm asking for tape. The transaction ended with a nice eye roll. Come on, so easy to be nice. read more

This has to be the worst post office for customer service. I made it a point not to use this post office just because of the customer service. The workers are always in a bad mood and say snide things while they are doing what is asked of them. No smiles, no thank you or even a thank you have a nice day. Also we find our mail in pieces or shredded stuffed in a plastic bag in our mailbox. Great service, nope. I am going to a post office other than Hudson WI from now on. read more

I am frustrated with the Hudson Post Office. I continually have someone else's mail in my box - it happens, on average, 1-2 times a week. This is unacceptable. I have talked to people in the Hudson Post office many times. Looks like they cannot fix the problem. I am tired of this. read more
