unfortunately have to give Hudson printing a review for their lack of professionalism and communication. They send you and invoce. then you have to request a payment link to pay it which the account does not send in a timely manner. I unfortunately had a couple projects with Hudson and was get getting a bill for the extract same price. Instead of trying to clarify the confusion. I just kept getting emails to pay. Mind you I have paid several invoices with this company. I asked to speak with the manger Ashley who had such a lack of customer service skills. I guess that's how you are can to act when Daddy owns the company. After I paid the invoice in question, she told me I'd be better off at kinkos and to have a great rest of my life before hanging up on me. If you are a small business owner I guess use kinkos. It's wonderful to find a local company with reasonable pricing and great service, and Will Definitely be using them again and again. Amber was very responsive and got me the quote quickly, then had the work approved and printed within a week. Even picking up my order was a nice experience. The other benefit to going local is that you can pick it up and not have to pay a fortune for shipping. I used Hudson for the first time to print, package and ship 35 business memos that were a high priority for my company. They were horrible at communicating with me, shipped the items days later than expected and at least 6 memos were sent with cover letters for the wrong people/company. It was appalling and I never did get the curtesy of an apology. I went to this printer on the Tuesday before New Years for reproductions of some of my original pen and ink and watercolor artwork. I met with Tom. One of the staff scanned the two pieces and "Tom" told me I would have my prints maybe by that Friday but, more likely early the following week due to the New Years holiday. I later called and asked for the pricing and requested a call back from Tom. I never received a call back and figured it was just because of the holiday. One week latter on the Tuesday following New Years I called Tom. He didn't remember me or much of what we had discussed. So I explained. He did a lot of searching his desk and putting me on hold and finally seemed to recall me and my request. He said he would get on it and email me the pricing. Not feeling totally confident about his organizational skils at this point I emailed him and went through the details again. I received an email back from him with pricing. I replied that I agreed to the cost and to move forward. I also requested a timeline. Never heard back. Another week goes by. This morning I sent another email asking when I would receive my prints, as it's now been two weeks. After a few hours I picked up the phone and called him. He said "Who is this? I repeated my name and he said "What's up?" Again I asked about my prints. He put me on hold. When he came back he said he'd ordered the paper stock and was still waiting. That was it. I told him we were done. He said "fine" and hung up on me. So, I promptly called another local printer and told her what I wanted, she said "no problem." I went in with my artwork. Within a half hour I was back out their door with beautiful reproductions of my work. Bottom line: they accomplished in less than 30 minutes what Hudson Printing could'nt manage in two weeks. read more
