I have been using this location due to the convenience factor... until today. I received a call on…read more11/10/25 around 2:00 p.m. from Berlin, who works the counter at this location. Berlin's message was simply saying I have a package to be picked up. AT NO TIME DID SHE TELL ME IT HAD TO BE PICKED UP THAT DAY BY 5:00 P.M. As I was not available to call or pick up package within her time frame, I arrived at the store at 9:00 a.m. on 11/11/25 to pick up the package which were legal documents and a key required for a morning meeting on 11/12/25. When I arrived, I was told my package was returned to FEDEX since I did not pick up the package when they had called. Although the store is open until 6:00 p.m. I learned the package was returned at 5:00 p.m., so had stopped in the day they called, coming in after 5:00 p.m. the package would have ALREADY been returned. TOTAL INCOMPETENCE on Berlin's behalf. While I do not have a box there, Berlin should have had used common sense and inform me if I did not pick up the package by 5:00 p.m., it would be returned. But again, her voicemail simply said to pick up the package; they were opened until 6:00 p.m. Of course when I asked to speak with the manager, I was told Vera would not be in until later in the week. My number was left; it will be interesting to see if I receive a return call. Due to the lack of customer service and the incompetence of Berlin, I will again be using the other FEDEX location in Fallbrook located in the Major Market shopping center. I've used their services in the past with any issues and was always very satisfied. It's a bit farther, but it is worth the drive time to deal with someone who uses common sense. The closer proximity of the other location (In the same center as Northgate Market.) is NOT worth the incompetence.

Let's rewind a bit: My husband, Daryl, had called at 8AM on Saturday, desperate to find a print shop that would be able to make two T-Shirts in time for Escondido Humane Society's Paws in the Park event the following morning. We had gone to the mall prior and had some iron-on transfers that we saw print on the spot, which were 'okay', but were less than desirable to show/wear for the park (note: you could see the cut out lines and the stretched/burned marks, which were jarring when the misprints were caught). The guy told Daryl he normally wouldn't have been able to do anything on such short notice, but the order was small enough (and since he was in the shop that day) that he'd be able to squeeze it in as a favor. He'd work with the leftover supplies (i.e., some red thermal flex material from a previous project) if we could bring in two new shirts and that he'd make it happen for us. It's important to note Daryl had called so many other print companies around town, and everyone had pretty much disregarded us since we didn't meet their minimum order. And, boy, did he make it happen: Daryl dropped off the shirts during lunch time (noonish), and I walked in to find the shirts nicely folded on the front counter by 4PM. I asked him if we owed anything, and he said nope; Daryl prepaid. He noted that the original thermal flex material had stars on it, so he went with a straight screen print instead... it was soooo freakin' clean looking. True professionals, I tell you! Fast forward for today's event: the shirts were a hit! We got major compliments and the other SD Corgi Meetup folks were totally interested in getting shirts for themselves. They thought we'd ordered them from a major retailer or huge online distributor. When we told them Daryl had made the design and printed it out just yesterday, they were impressed! Daryl and I are going to try & do our part by paying it forward - as soon as we get solid numbers on the interested, we're going to have to haul more shirts in for Print Depot to crank out - hopefully with more time in between! I just called the drop off location and the person who answered (Brandon) the phone was completely rude. Told me he has no clue what I want him to do. I was then told it was my fault for not asking for a receipt. He laughed over the phone and said he has no clue what I even want from him. Said system was old and left me on hold for 30 mins... Definitely reported this drop off location to Fedex, he's very careless with packages and doesn't care at all about customers.

My daughter picked it up. When she got home, we noticed there was a note about stains that couldn't be removed. I am absolutely certain that there were NO STAINS when I dropped it off, just minor dirt on the cuffs and neckline from wearing it. Upon inspection, it appeared that some sort of liquid was used on the jacket, which caused the red wool to bleed into the white embroidery. (See pictures.) Luckily, the damage was confined to 3 white letters, and not the rest of the embroidery, which is gold, black, and green. So, I was able to rescue the jacket with a little bit of bleach and a lot of patience. Unfortunately, my daughter already paid for the dry cleaning ($50!). Had I seen this before, I would have asked to speak to someone right away. We shouldn't have to pay so much for something that was badly damaged by the business. 1 star for the "dry cleaning" - Would not recommend! 5 stars for the patchwork

Three months ago we purchased a large flag to fly on our property. It was beautiful, unfortunately a nearby tree branch was trimmed leaving a sharp branch. Within a day the flag had a large cut on it getting, larger with each wave. Thinking the American flag might be ruined we took it to Manor Cleaners, who also has a wonderful seamstress. The owner Paul, who has the great ability to remember you by name, wasn't even phased by the cut on the flag. He offered me two options for repair. Paul gave me a quick pick up date and when I asked how much the repair would be he said, "We don't charge to fix American flags!" Wow, I was blown away... Well, the flag is flying high again, you can't even tell where It was repaired. Manor Cleaners, if I could give them 10 stars I would!
