I have been using this location due to the convenience factor... until today. I received a call on…read more11/10/25 around 2:00 p.m. from Berlin, who works the counter at this location. Berlin's message was simply saying I have a package to be picked up. AT NO TIME DID SHE TELL ME IT HAD TO BE PICKED UP THAT DAY BY 5:00 P.M. As I was not available to call or pick up package within her time frame, I arrived at the store at 9:00 a.m. on 11/11/25 to pick up the package which were legal documents and a key required for a morning meeting on 11/12/25. When I arrived, I was told my package was returned to FEDEX since I did not pick up the package when they had called. Although the store is open until 6:00 p.m. I learned the package was returned at 5:00 p.m., so had stopped in the day they called, coming in after 5:00 p.m. the package would have ALREADY been returned. TOTAL INCOMPETENCE on Berlin's behalf. While I do not have a box there, Berlin should have had used common sense and inform me if I did not pick up the package by 5:00 p.m., it would be returned. But again, her voicemail simply said to pick up the package; they were opened until 6:00 p.m. Of course when I asked to speak with the manager, I was told Vera would not be in until later in the week. My number was left; it will be interesting to see if I receive a return call. Due to the lack of customer service and the incompetence of Berlin, I will again be using the other FEDEX location in Fallbrook located in the Major Market shopping center. I've used their services in the past with any issues and was always very satisfied. It's a bit farther, but it is worth the drive time to deal with someone who uses common sense. The closer proximity of the other location (In the same center as Northgate Market.) is NOT worth the incompetence.

Also I like that she really does try to help and not just a scan and payment person! Yesterday I had to ship out of the country and "customs" has rules that I was not aware of but instead of just telling me to look for something online she helped find it! Who does that? Value wise- we can choose to go to any store let's face it no one offers more than or cheaper than the others- but I come here because she is so helpful! So thank you Nicole! The workmanship was excellent, and the car came out clean. Unfortunately, I later got a rock crack in my windshield. Frank was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He responded quickly to messages, answered all of questions, and worked with me to keep the cost down. He gave a very fair price on a new windshield, recalibration, and reapplying the XPEL XR Plus windshield tint. What stood out most was the staffs professionalism, transparency, and customer service. Frank was upfront about all options, explained the difference between OEM and aftermarket glass without any pressure, and it was very easy to make the decision that made the most sense. It's hard to find a shop that genuinely cares about taking care of its customers, and Faith Auto Glass has earned my business. If you're looking for quality tint or auto glass work, I highly recommend them. I'll definitely be coming back for future projects.
