She has a calming and healing presence and I always left feeling 10x better than when I walked in. The space is full of natural light and spa music which makes you relax immediately. Michelle also offered me tea while I wait for Erin to be done with another client. They also have an office pup who is super chill and cute. Note that you have to take off your shoes when you enter. The treatment consists of 5 mins of Erin informing me what to expect and answer any questions (it's my first time), and about 5 mins of Erin applying the acupuncture needles. The rest of the time, I lay on the heated bed and let the needles do the work. It takes a few minutes to take effect but I was amazed at how my body automatically relaxed.
