Hudson Valley HaganaH delivers everything they promise. Their practices are up to date, the instructors are enthusiastic, and their training is practical/applicable. I know that with any class I take, I will get a great workout. I've taken many seminars there and they are all worth the cost both financially and with the material covered. I have been very active in their BJJ program and everybody welcomed me with opened arms, experienced ranks were very patient and even provided me with opportunities to work/practice, and I always walk away learning a lot from our rolling sessions. Unbelievable place to train! Staff really knows there stuff and how to teach it. The facility is huge, with all the latest training equipment and tons of space. If you are interested in learning self defense, this is the facility. After visiting other schools and other systems, I have never found a system as well rounded and knowledgeable in the combat arts. Resonably priced with many different class schedules available. What is great is that you can get a trial class to see if you like the material before any type of commitment. read more
