WORST medical practice I've ever been to. I was a patient there for several years, dealing with…read morethe worst illness of my entire life. I needed a compassionate, available, forward thinking responsible practice. What I got was the complete opposite, time after time. I was understanding, polite, patient, and gave them several chances to correct their incompetence and careless mistakes. Their nursing staff and front desk reception are irresponsible, curt, lazy, surly, and extremely rude. They all seem to have huge egos and chips on their shoulders, with no provocation whatsoever. If you're someone who's patient, courteous, or polite, they'll see it as a weakness and they'll completely walk all over you... And when that doesn't upset you, they'll resort to bullying you and verbally abusing you. They're there to get paid while doing little to compensate for it. They could honestly care less about you. They clearly hate their jobs (and themselves) judging by the way that they treat loyal, patient, long-term patients. Their nurses are verbally totally abusive, rude, and incompetent. They'd committed malpractice on me last year, by putting me on a conflicting drug that caused an extremely damaging reaction. They ignored my patient portal messages prior to prescribing the drug, asking them if there were any contraindications with my other medications, resulting in the fact that since then, I haven't been able to fully walk since. When I (finally) confronted them after years of their inefficient conduct , they (of course) denied any accountability. I'm currently speaking to a malpractice attorney to inquire about suing them. Their practice manager, Gina Brown is incredibly lazy, insipid, rude, and she's completely irresponsible and incompetent. She takes ZERO accountability for her practice's (numerous) blunders and mistakes. She'll throw other doctors at the practice under the bus to save her own skin. Like the others, she could care less about the patients in their practice. She should be quietly pushing a broom at McDonalds, not interfacing with the public or working for a medical practice who calls themselves "the best medical practice in the Hudson Valley." That's a lie... They're anything but. NUMEROUS other patient reviews will also tell you what they're really about. You can also tell how blatantly egotistical they are by the way that they respond to former patients who've (also) had several negative experiences of them. Read how they respond to their rudeness and outright neglect. They'll bully and insult you by lying about repeated incidents and they'll invariably attempt to humiliate you! Read their responses to other (former) patient reviews. Their former patient reviews are absolutely scathing - and for good reason. They'll get their karma. Clearly, they already are, judging by what others believe. Their review responses are irresponsible, neglectful, condescending, inaccurate (they'll resort to outright denying and lying about your experience with them). That's how horrible these people are. These people take no accountability for their reckless mistakes, they have zero compassion, zero professionalism, and a horrible bedside manner. Avoid!!!

They did NOTHING to remedy their mistake. Nothing. I am now left another months long wait for another caregiver to give me an appointment; while my body is deteriorating. What a terrible mistake to trust them. They know there is a healthcare shortage in my region and treat their patients with disregard. Irresponsible and heartless.

I accompanied my elderly parent to a visit with this provider and was absolutely horrified by the…read moretreatment of both my parent, as well as myself. This person (I hesitate in affording him the courtesy of the physician title, as his behavior does not warrant that level of respect, despite whatever formal education he managed to acquire) was rude, dismissive, arrogant, with a pompous haughtiness that was shocking and disappointing, at best. The reason for the visit was to acquire his sign-off (as pcp) on surgery with a specialist. The intended surgery, for my elderly parent, was of a life-saving (or at least prolonging) level, and was being delayed due to this required extra step for insurance. The provider was well-aware of the diagnosis and urgent need for completion of this step but did not act in a manner reflecting this knowledge, nor with any inkling of compassion for what my parent was facing in the diagnosis and coming treatment. In high anxiety health-threatening situations there should be, at the very least, a respectful, caring, provider experience wherever possible; this person provided the absolute opposite of that experience. My parent has since passed, more than 3 years hence, and I am still here writing about the horrible experience with this person in the hope of sparing others a similar encounter. The other reviews I've seen indicate that this was not a one-off scenario, unfortunately. My advice is to avoid this provider and seek care elsewhere, with haste.

TOWN HALL FOR CONGRESSMAN PAT RYAN 3/19/25 at The Community Partnership…read more The audience was polite and enthusiastic listening to 5 testimonials from constituent-panelists whose experiences related directly to current government services cuts that impact our communities: VETERANS SERVICES De-staffing of essential veterans' services at Castle Point VA. The Veteran spoke about personal experience trying to get mental health services following the savage cuts the current Tr@mp regime made across our country. MOVING words that brought the attendees to our feet. HEALTHCARE:OPTUM ( division of United Healthcare) A moving account by a young woman who struggled to get care in a timely manner which delayed her cancer diagnosis and treatment. FARM GRANTS: Owner of 90 year old regional family dairy business who was granted funds for improvements to his farm under the B!den administration through solar farm installation only to have the Tramp regime pull back funding reimbursement after the investment was already made. This leaves the farm struggling. ( I will now go out of my way to purchase their products, even if he v@ted for the monster.) There were other panelists who related their experiences-the point was to demonstrate exactly how each G@P/ M@GA budget bill hurts our neighbors. Pat Ryan spoke next with few interruptions, except for a few protesters of the war on GAZA who got a valid and important issue attention before being reminded not to disrupt the meeting. They weren't initially escorted out, but left peacefully after making their opinion known. To his credit, Congressman Ryan stated his support for their right to protest as part of our democratic constitution. SUGGESTION: I understand the decision to not engage at that moment, but I believe it was a missed opportunity to correct the facts and to redirect the protesters to the other party who is currently responsible for policy. Q&A followed with some thoughtful questions and topics. They stayed overtime to answer more constituents' questions. EXCELLENT EXCHANGE OF IDEAS in a comfortable setting. OVERALL, this town hall format worked well but more time must be allocated in the future to ensure that many more questions are asked and answered. This also would have been an excellent opportunity to offer a desk to sign petitions for Congressman Ryan to deliver to congress
