I deeply regret every fucking night getting this car. Needless to say sadly they knew I was in need and desperate. After having this vehicle for a day, I noticed the check engine light coming on, so I immediately told him that I did not want the vehicle or that I wanted it to be looked at. He said he would get it permanently fixed. It appeared as so, as the problem was may be fixed for about a month. But the same sensors that they said were"" fixed "" definitely not fixed. A few weeks later after getting the vehicle, I noticed as I was switching my son to the other side of the vehicle that the two passenger in middle seatbelts were hidden underneath. The seat busted completely, and I was still running back into issues with the check engine light in the car, not wanting to start after getting gas. I told him I wanted a different vehicle yeah I was denied in my 30 days. He finally fix the seatbelt asking me why I didn't tell him sooner. I didn't even see it, sir. That should've been your guys job before even selling a vehicle. I've asked repeatedly to get some of the same issues fixed that were already broken still denied today. He told me not to reach out to him again and to reach out to Fosters to get any information. I would never in my life ever go see this "dealership" again nothing but fraud and just want your money!!!! Fuck you #HUFFAUTO do not let dean play you next! Run as far as you can from this crooked place. I'm 25 years old with a 3 year old who has autism. They never cared about my needs or my car being safe for my son's needs, doctors appointments and etc. read more

Huff sold me a Grand Caravan shortly after the Oil Casing was leaking oil. Huff sent me to Fosters to have the leak fixed. After having the Leak fixed by Fosters I found that the Intake manifold which was removed to fix the oil casing had been bolted back on too hard and had cracked in two places when bolted down to the engine by Fosters. I reached out to have Fosters replace the Cover and they refused saying the cracks would not be a problem and Huff also refused to help fix it also stating it was not a big deal and both places saying the other could have caused the problem and should fix it. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! Run away as fast as possible. If u dont make sure you have every inch of the vehicle inspected by a certified mechanic. They have no idea if they are safe and reliable or not. All they do is detail them and change the oil. Wont let me do no stars. When all said and done gonna be about $5000 in repairs. I bought a used car from Huff Auto Group a little more than a year ago and I am still very pleased with the car. The sales staff showed me a few different cars but did not pressure me into anything. The car I bought was not one of the models they immediately suggested, but they were able to make the payments work with my budget. The Huff Auto Group is a local family who have been around forever. Based on the enthusiasm they show for selling cars, I don't think they will go anywhere anytime soon. I would absolutely buy a car from them again, but the 2010 Subaru Forester they sold me is so nice it will probably be a long time before I need to replace it. Thanks Huffs! read more

This is the WORST place to buy a car!! They lie about the vehicle you're buying, the cars are junk!! I bought a 2016 3 months ago and have had 4 yes, 4 alignments done on it . It only had 20,000 miles and is under factory warranty but alignments aren't covered!!!! This car is a LEMON!! I've tried contacting them MANY TIMES and they put me on hold then NEVER ANSWER!!! How ridiculous. You can't even talk to a customer you sold a lemon to???? By far the worse customer service I've ever had!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM CROOKED PEOPLE!!!! Bought a Jeep from huff auto for my dad. They told me it was certified car meaning it was checked by someone and approved it and so far I've spent 1840$$$ on repairs and my father has only had it for 4 months. I try calling them tried sending them fax from shops from where I live and I just get ignored. I've never delt with a dealer ship like this. So disappointing. read more

Recently I helped my sister get a car from here. The staff was great at getting everything taken care of even though they had to stay later. The buying experience was great. That's my good part of this review. The only negative point I have is not necessarily directed at Huff but at used-car dealerships in general. While purchasing the car they had a problem verifying the VIN. The reason for this is because it came from Canada. After bringing it home I noted it had a Canadian body shop sticker on the driver side door sill. Anybody who knows import laws knows that a car can have its title washed when imported. EVEN if it was previously totaled! I'm sure this is how Huff gets their money since they can buy a car cheap and wash the title then sell it at fair market price. I wish they had been more honest about this and actually talked about this fact. Just a little dishonest in my opinion. I also hate the fact of knowing that it could have been totaled at one point. There is no guarantee that the body shop put everything back to OEM standards. Overall nice people, but poor car sources. read more
