Cons - breakdown in communication, awaited update from them and received cold calls.. seems like they didn't know what was going on and kept excusing themselves saying they are just so busy. Asking price for car was way too high, but never got far enough to speak on behalf of their negotiating. Pretty cold sales force. Not very friendly, too masculine and seemed old school. Poor sales skills and product knowledge. I would not buy a vehicle from here. And ultimately I did not.

Spoke with Bobby. Bobby took a video and sent it to my husband showing how great the Jeep looked. We put down the 500 dollar deposit to hold it until we could get there. My husband talked to Bobby about the Sunrider top this Jeep had and what a great feature it was. A couple hours later we received a call that the windshield had a crack...not a deal breaker for us. They were going to knock off some money and we would just get it replaced at a later date. Then we get there!!! We could tell immediately that this was a shady business with a bunch of scoundrels for salesman! The Jeep looked great, but when we asked where the Sunrider top was Bobby came up with more excuses and lies than you could imagine! We test drove the Jeep and when we got back Bobby was ready for us to purchase! We said sure after you get the Sunrider top for us! Many more excuses and telling us it didn't come with one! When it was seen clearly in the back seat of the Jeep in their advertisement! He said it must be in the detail shop and left to go "look". He came back with a full soft top in a box shoved in the back end of the Jeep! Not at all what was included! The manager then came out and said there wasn't a Sunrider top advertised at all with this Jeep! The picture was deleted at that point. But it clearly states it in the write up and details online!The manger said no no....that's just a generic google advertisement! What a complete joke this place is!!! We got our deposit back and told them what a bunch of filthy dirt balls they are!! What an absolute disappointment!!

Go to their website and each listing has a link to CarFax - pretty standard in the used car industry. EXCEPT it doesn't provide the actual report. Unlike every other dealer, it just auto-inputs the VIN, you still have to purchase the report yourself. If they cheap out here, you can imagine what other corners they are cutting. Second rate used car dealership. All the warning signs are here that you'll be taken for a ride, and where there is smoke, there is fire.

Wally Niecko is rude and shady…read more We were interested in a 2011 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible at Wally Niecko Used Cars in Jackson Michigan. I asked to drive the car to my trusted mechanic, and Wally tried to make it difficult for me. And give excuses as to why I should trust him and there was no need to have it inspected. I had my wife go see Wally to test drive the car and he gave her the creeps within 2 minutes of being on the properry. He was being rude to an other customer on the phone while she was waiting for him. He talked the entire test drive and did not focus on selling the car. As if he was distracting her on purpose. After my trip to my mechanic... we discovered that the rear differential axle seals are leaking and the rear struts needed to be replaced. The car actually makes noise on bumps in the road. The guy that rode along to my mechanics noticed it first. When I returned to his shop to haggle and make an offer he was rude and did not care at all what my mechanic had to say about the car... So it continues. I did not trust Wally. So after getting my financing in order... I went through a different dealership to have the car properly checked out and cetified. All Wally had to do was drive the car to the dealership (less than 5 miles) and have the car inspected. After the inspection, he could get his check and have sold the car at his asking price. Wally would not allow the car to be inspected by a real dealer before the sale. This is extremely shady. And Wally should not be trusted! Update: The dealership has located me the same car but 2LT not LS at the same price. It will be here Thursday. I will post this story from their side when the entire sale is complete.

He was honest and no bs, yet still very personable. When we got there the car was just as he described it to me, if not better. He took care of all the paperwork for us, and there were no issues with the price. We have now owned the car for over a year and have not had any problems, except finding more time to spend driving it. I went in to check out a newer suburban and they asked to run a small credit check to see my score and I said fine. They were asking a ridiculous amount compared to others for the vehicle so I said not interested. 2 months go by and I am getting. Approval letters in the mail from credit companies for 44000 dollars which I never said to them I wanted to buy the vehicle or get approved. I just wanted to check it out and test drive it. They ran my credit multiple times unacceptable and lied to me from the beginning because I asked Brad Snyder the salesmen I'm not singing to be approved right and he said no just to check your credit score my wife was right there with me and my kids. Months go by I call them to ask why they are trying to approve me when I never asked to be and the lady I'm talking to who goes by Connie and believe last name Granger straight lies to me and says no we didn't run your credit they don't effect your score at all we don't do that. I know how the system works I've done it and know she is lying and ask to speak to manager. The manager comes on the phone his name is Dan and right away says yes we ran your credit you wanted to be approved for Suburban and I said no I never wanted to I was told it was to see my credit which was a lie typical. Then I said well the lady I spoke to completely told me they never ran my credit and you come on the phone and tell me right away yes we did. Come on people biggest scammers and dirty tactics playing dumb lol caught themselves in a lie.
