He did that fine, then he decided I had to pay $115 for the adjustments to make it fit properly. He never mentioned that adjustments would cost so much. All other dentists I had ever been to did not charge for additional adjustments. He had already charged me $1700 for the work, I assumed he would make it fit. He became very mean and complaining to me as I sat in his chair . He did not give me a chance to answer his complaints. I really think he does not like old people. Stay away ,he will charge you far more than you signed up for My wife had a night guard for her to teeth mad. The first one wich cost $700 was eaten by our dog. WE got another one made . He did not have to do any measurements ,, he just used the old measurements from the computer to make the new one. after receiving it she needed to have it adjusted because it hurt her gums. OUt of nowhere he said an adjustment would cost $120. So after spending $1400 he wanted another $120 to do an adjustment that needed to be done. this is a Money grubbing doctor that you better beware of . He was very rude to my wife and myself. I just think he hates old people. Even his nurses were surprised what a cheat he was. BEWARE this man. He is an inept dentists in my belief. Let's just say I left with not only a beautiful, clean smile, but a renewed vigor that I could actually get the care and service I expected from a local dental office! Not only was every single person I interacted with super friendly, but it felt like they truly had my comfort and concerns in mind at all times. The woman who did my appointment took multiple x-rays and pictures, being extremely thorough so her and the doctor could get a full understanding of where my dental hygiene was at. She explained what she was doing every step of the way and checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable. I was use to a teeth cleaning feeling way too fast and messy and the doctor only showing up to poke a few teeth, tell me it looks good, and then leave. Not here! She spent a sufficient amount of time making sure each tooth was cleaned properly and the doctor was in the room for probably 15-20 minutes going over all my concerns and options. They asked me if I had any specific questions or problems and then made it a point to answer each one and put a plan in place to follow-up where needed. I didn't feel like just a number or just another patient to push through the process! We purchased the dental savings plan so we knew our preventative care was handled and I feel the price ($475) was very affordable for everything it covers. While I am not looking forward to getting a few teeth fixed, I feel confident it will be handled with care and precision here! Thank you so much!

I have seen Dr. Wilson both with dental insurance and without. When you have insurance, he is obligated by contract to charge your copay. If yu pay cash (not debit or credit card) he (as of 06/26/20) offers a cash discount. His relationship with his staff is priceless (code for funny and special) and he gets away with stuff I am sure other employers wouldn't but he has truly happy staff. And as far as I am concerned, he has happy patients as well. I would also like to add that Dr. Wilson doesn't shy away from difficult cases. I have periodontal issues which required a referral to Dr. Blasengame, and I am in ortho with Dr. Shoff. Doing a crown prep on a patient in braces is challenging at best and Dr. Wilson has never once shied away or made me feel like the particulars of my case made his life difficult (which I know they have!). Also, Dr. Wilson has pointed out that because of my teeth being crowded and twisted, it is much more difficult for me to keep them clean until I am out of braces. Following with Christy or one of the hygienists. Who will evaluate you again there's no nonsense in between. You won't be sitting there when they say they'll be right back that's exactly what they mean. Dr Lee will then finish the procedure looking at x-rays speaking to the hygienist. Dr Lee is the ultimate professional. I had a cavity on my last visit so he had to numb me using the needle which I always dread. Yet I hardly feel it then he comes back in and finishes the procedure. From the time I arrived at the office to when I left was maybe 20-25 minutes. It's so important to me not to be left waiting in the lobby and then left in a room unattended for another 20-30 minutes as this has often happened to me and other dentistry. Never has it happened with Dr Lee's office. If I have to come back they'll let me know and schedule an appointment in the very near future. And the results are always outstanding.
