Been coming here for quite a few months and right when I was starting to give hope to this grooming…read moreservice, they instantly lost all my trust and service. I am someone who tries to be an optimist and will give situations multiple chances before making a final opinion. But this time is my last time. My dog was working with one groomer in specific (Sofie M) and they seemed to have an understanding for each other. Recently I found out that she left the company, and my dog had to go to another groomer. Not only did I come back to my dog's hair being terribly cut, but I had to pay a fee for him being 'too much'. The groomers said that the reason was because of my dog but it leads me to question how (with the exception of the very first time) for months everything was fine but now he is acting up? They then told me that they would not be able to help my dog unless I drugged him. In addition, the blonde lady has given me extreme attitude the last 3 visits and had acted annoyed that she has to be there and help me. She not only had me wait but she had me wait to continue to be on her phone. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt because I understand people have off days, but this last time made me think not only is that maybe her personality but also maybe my dog wasn't the problem. So, it's not okay for dogs to act up when they don't feel safe but it's okay for humans to? It is truly shocking that people who are supposed to be able to work with animals can't work with them unless they are drugged.

This didn't happen after I was waiting outside for at least 10 plus minutes and no one came out. I went back in and asked again and after another 5 minutes, no one came out. Very poor service and a waste of time. I left and went to Home Depot and was exchanged in less than 5 minutes.

From the moment I entered, I felt treated differently than others, whether through the way I was spoken to, looked at, or handled overall. While nothing was said explicitly, the tone, behavior, and lack of respect I experienced made me feel singled out and unsafe. These interactions left me feeling disrespected and emotionally distressed. NO ONE should have to question whether their race is influencing how they are treated in a space that is meant to be PROFESSIONAL and inclusive. This experience has stayed with me, and I believe it is important to speak up so that this behavior can be acknowledged and addressed. If this location/employees are going to treat people of color with disrespect and make them feel uncomfortable then at that point put a sign on the door saying "WHITES ONLY" so we know to not waste our time in this establishment.

Super cool and over the top kind of them. Store is clean and reptiles/fish are happy and healthy. The owner personally answered my questions and invited the kids to hold his rare reptiles! They are are very passionate about the hobby. Secondly, the guy behind the counter was clueless. When I mentioned that I called and no one answered. He just shrugged and said the women that usually answered the phone wasn't in for the last few days. I asked about what I was looking for and he said he doesn't work on that side and has no idea. I try to support local businesses but I ended up at PETCO where I will probably go back again next time.

I actually wish I knew what the treats tasted like, because they actually look yummy...and the dogs tear them up. I love going into this little shop simply because they are dog friendly and EVERY time I stop in I get to meet some cute pups. The women running this place are absolutely great and they are SOOOO helpful. The stuff in here is very cool too, stuff for dogs and cats with friendly customer service...the only downside to the store is that it is a bit small so they don't have a ton of room for inventory...they also don't sell big bags of food (not enough room). It's kind of like a dog boutique. Very cool...I love stopping in here, and you will too!
