Best decision ever, I meet with a wonderful pet sitter that came to my home to go over my cats care. My husband and I were very comfortable with the sense that my pets will be safe and secure. Even when we had a severe weather, and when it calmed down the sitter stopped by my house to check on my home and my pets. I would differently recommend this service, and looking forward to using them again. I should also say that they are affordable, friendly and know that your home and pets are well cared for. S.S.

I had previously hired Brenda (business owner) and her husband to walk my dog with no issues, so I trusted them again for a multi-day dog-sitting job while I was out of town. While I was away, Brenda messaged me saying my dog had an "upset belly but he's okay." Something about that didn't sit right with me, so I made the difficult decision to cut my trip short and drive 14 hours home. When I arrived around 1:00 a.m., I immediately knew something was wrong. As soon as I opened my door, I was hit with an overwhelming smell of dog diarrhea. Inside, I found three large stains on the carpet and remnants of diarrhea inside and outside of my dog's crate. While I was standing there in shock, a man suddenly came up my private staircase behind me and walked into my apartment unannounced. He appeared very unwell and said he was there to walk my dog -- at 1 a.m. When I asked why he was coming in the middle of the night, he told me, "This is the normal time we walk the dogs," and that my dog had been "sick, sick, sick." I was never informed that my dog was this ill. I sent him home immediately, shaken and upset. When I contacted Brenda, she told me their dogs follow an "8-hour walking schedule" -- 9 a.m., 5 p.m., and 1 a.m. That made no sense, especially for a dog with an upset stomach who should've been let out more frequently. This was neglectful and irresponsible. Brenda initially refused to refund me. After further discussion, she reluctantly agreed to a small $25 refund but even spelled both my first and last name incorrectly on the money order she had mailed to me. She also mentioned that her husband -- who she admitted was very sick and had surgery scheduled the next morning -- was the one sent to walk my dog. She was trying to make me feel guilty for the job she agreed to do. That was unfair to him and completely unprofessional. I tried to give Brenda the benefit of the doubt despite seeing another concerning review before I hired her, but I regret not taking it more seriously. This experience was stressful, unprofessional, and could have ended badly for my dog. If you care about your pet's well-being and safety, please think twice before using this service.

He has only ever stayed with my parents and siblings. When I got there, it was a fenced in house with a lake and a lot of space. Gabbie met my dog first before introducing him to any other dogs. She asked us questions, and we explained Sasha's personality. She then introduced our dog to her dog, and observed their energy. Then she brought out one dog at a time until all dogs were out and were able to meet my dog. This gave me a good feeling, because she obviously knew what she was doing. It was not a place where my dog was put in a cage, but a place where he was part of a group. When I left he gave me the you-are-abandoning-me look. I am not the type of person to really worry, but it was great that a few hours later, i got a message from Gabbie saying my dog had settled in nicely. She sent me a picture of him, and when i checked the next day, she had dozens of pictures of the activities all the dogs did for the day. At that point I knew my dog probably already forgot who i was and was having the time of his life. I picked him up 2 days later, and he came out like if he owned the place.
