I would strongly advise anyone considering Attic Insulation Company to look elsewhere. This was one…read moreof the most frustrating experiences I've had with a contractor. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent and unprofessional. Calls weren't returned, timelines kept changing, and I constantly felt like I was chasing them just to get basic updates. When they finally showed up, the work itself felt rushed and lacked attention to detail--exactly the opposite of what you want when dealing with something as important as insulation. What's worse is that after the job was "completed," I started noticing issues almost immediately. Instead of taking responsibility, they were dismissive and difficult to deal with, offering little to no support to correct their own work. It became clear very quickly that once they were paid, customer service was no longer a priority. There are plenty of companies out there that take pride in their work and actually stand behind it--this is not one of them. Save yourself the time, money, and headache and go with someone who values professionalism and quality.

This is my second time using them and now my house and garage is fully insulated. Decreased my attic temperature from 160° to 92° which allows me to keep my house at a very cool 70° all year long. I've recorded them to many neighbors and several of them have used them and are very happy with them as well.

Service was completed in a timely manner for a fair price. I called again when I needed electrical work done for my parents and then again for an estimate on having new AC unit installed. After talking with Mr. Price we decided it was better for us to install mini splits instead of a big unit as many of the rooms are only used part of the time! It was a great decision and the work was completed on our schedule. We love the mini splits and the fact that air or heat does not have to be run to heat or cool the rooms not in use! Mr. Price is a good person and has helped us with various small projects while he was here including installing a small wheelchair ramp mother had ordered. He is our 1st call for any project we need!

Because it was low on freon, it was kicking off the fan each time it would come on. I found Clark's prices for freon to be outrageous. Was it because I was an older lady by myself and he thought I didn't know any better? I don't know, but I own several rentals and know what freon costs. Anyway, I shut him down and told him to do nothing, paid the basic service fee and sent him on his way. I called Allen's Heating and Air, they came same day, added same amount of freon as Clark's was recommending. Even with paying a second service fee plus the freon, my bill from Allen's Heating and Air was literally half what Clark was going to charge. Needless to say, I Do Not recommend Clark's Heating and Air.
